You guys may know me from my anavar thread a couple months back. I ordered it the day I made the thread, but it didn’t arrive until last week due to striking postal workers holding my bones hostage.

I am on day 4 of anavar, and my MK-677 is arriving tomorrow or the next day.

I will be taking these (10mg daily each) for 6 months. I haven’t measured my height in a while, but i’m now taller than my dad who’s 179.5 cm.

Here is my face, front and 3/4. I wasn’t bloated or debloated significantly so it’s a good baseline.

I will post monthly updates, I am also following this myo routine as well as my forgetful ass can manage:

In hot shower in the morning (loosens sutures): 3x45 secs thumb pulling, 50 chin tucks

before bed: 3x1min thumb pulling, 2x30 secs plier expansion (already expanded 2-3mm IMW with this, but quit cause forgot)
100 chin tucks for hyoid.
3 min eyelid pulling

In my opinion test + Ai is good enough if you really want more gh for some reason look into injectables gh segretagogue, I’m not an expert on them tho i think and cjc1295 with dac is good

i ordered 6 months worth, seems like you can avoid hunger by just taking it right before bed and supplementing berberine to avoid insulin sensitivity and if you really want to ashwaganda to avoid cortisol. in clinical trials it was named “the best gh secretagogue” however they didn’t tell which they compared it to. it’s currently being tested in phase 3 clinical trials and they seem to be going well so avoiding it because “muh it’s oral” seems stupid

its mild, but even a quarter of my dose doubled the growth rate in delayed children. thats the point. mild but effective. i want to accelerate my development before i run hard shit. im going to do 500 test later, just not right now.

Do you think thumb pulling actually works? or just coping cause i’m in the same spot as you. I have a good jaw but my side profile isn’t that good
