You guys may know me from my anavar thread a couple months back. I ordered it the day I made the thread, but it didn’t arrive until last week due to striking postal workers holding my bones hostage.

I am on day 4 of anavar, and my MK-677 is arriving tomorrow or the next day.

I will be taking these (10mg daily each) for 6 months. I haven’t measured my height in a while, but i’m now taller than my dad who’s 179.5 cm.

Here is my face, front and 3/4. I wasn’t bloated or debloated significantly so it’s a good baseline.

I will post monthly updates, I am also following this myo routine as well as my forgetful ass can manage:

In hot shower in the morning (loosens sutures): 3x45 secs thumb pulling, 50 chin tucks

before bed: 3x1min thumb pulling, 2x30 secs plier expansion (already expanded 2-3mm IMW with this, but quit cause forgot)
100 chin tucks for hyoid.
3 min eyelid pulling

mk bloat is brutal but better undereye support, better chin projection, slightly wider jaw, and grew from 5’9.75 (i lied in the before cause insecure manlet) to 5’11.5 evening 6’0.5 morning height. clavicles are also wider, my biacromial is 17 inches bidelt 20 inches from 19 before no gymmaxxing

imo it’s great progress for only $240 worth of shit and i’m only half way done the bottles
