My back is strong but everything else is weak

I can row 85 kgs but can't bench 70 kgs wtf and bicep curl only 17.5 kgs legs r weak too like i squat 80 kgs for 6-7 reps and shoulder 50 kgs

It's weird only my back is strong

i have back pain at 18 and a core as strong as an ant

Genetics my friend , also doesnt matter how much you weight really as long as you dont have muscle imbalance

I am the same. I am skinnyfat 75 kg 178cm no muscle definition whatsoever yet I could do 8 pullups while being sedentary for years. Now that I have been training for a month and a half I can do ten last time I checked maybe even 11 now. Pushups are weak tho and I guess all else. I train pullups only lol.

Something is wrong I have gyno too idk weird genetics

You can allocate more time to training weaker muscles and less time for your back as it’s already a strong point , as for gyno i dont really know a solution for that
