-Less BF (not ideal, i know, but less than before)

good job on the current transformation, your biggest goal is gonna be losing even more of the bloat. also your hair are thinning so either shave (you have a masculine face for it) or hop on fin/hair transplant/minoxidil

and i woud think about a longterm solution since you probably cant take fillers for eternity there

Tbh i cant say... cuz i am taking minox on brows and they are tintted. So they are ticker than before, see in the pic.
