What exercises are u doing?

Dumbbell and barbell curls combined with triceps pushdowns
what’s ur split? I’d recommend only one curl variation to avoid redundancy, if you really want to do another bicep exercise do supinations, (1-2 sets curl and 1 set supinations)

That shit looks like they haven't touched weight since forever. Like do you even use you arms or just goon all day long?
I actually took these pics right after my workout but okay

Nah you need two curl variations to hit all arm flexors, one supinated curl and a reverse curl or hammer curl.

I recommend reverse curls over hammer curls they hit forearms + other arm flexors much better than hammer curls and engages pretty much every muscle in the forearm. A lot of people don't know this but in pronated grip you hit all the wrist flexors and wrist extensors originating from the humerus(upper arm bone) in their secondary role as elbow flexors, plus other cool muscles like pronator teres. Keep your wrists extended too and you hit all the other wrist extensors isometrically too. Do them super strict(requires bit humbling weights) for max efficacy. Fucking goated exercise. Reverse curls are also terrific for brachioradialis and brachialis and hits those better than hammer curls do really overall.

I do two sets of reverse curls to failure then two sets of supinated curls to failure personally in high reps and super strict, fucking toasts my biceps and other arm flexors. 👌 Lots of guys do tons of sets for biceps because their form fucking sucks so they need tons of junk volume to compensate.

It's more fucked up since those were post workout pics :lul:. Train biceps more cause they look weak as hell.

Looks like he has long muscle bellies, most find that more aesthetic these days. He just need bigger biceps to get a bit more of a peak. I remember how short biceps muscle bellies were envied a bit for their huge peaks 10-15 years ago but everyone wants and admires long biceps these days. That is literally how Arnold was built too with his freaky long biceps bellies.

Long biceps just take longer to build but overall way more aesthetic once built + you get fullness down the entire arm when relaxed.

Doesn't look much or any worse than mine? I got maximally long biceps bellies possible, they literally cross over the elbow when my arms are relaxed. You think his are shorter?

How long have you been working out for?
how often do you train biceps, and what does your split look like on a weekly basis?
what exercises specifically do you do for your biceps and how many sets and reps?

It looks great how long u been training for
On and off past 13 years now almost, but now it has been 4~ years. I am not that big but pretty happy with my current natty physique, I am low bodyfat and pretty lean too. Still making slow and steady progress so I am happy overall with + women like my physique as fuck. I train 2x a week good balance between frequency and recovery, rather do this than burn out mentally or needing deload weeks etc. Used to train 3-4x a week and HEAVY but that shit was exhausting mentally when I was younger though progress was good back then still.

Also you should prioritize overhead extensions for triceps first and foremost, maybe finish with a bit pushdowns after. This is better for building the long head of the triceps which is the biggest head of the triceps.

Edit: My father and half-brother have HUGE arms both natural but they have worked out their whole lives so I am confident I will get there eventually too.
