Many may say there biggest fear about hardmaxing is getting botched. However I would argue with proper a surgeon, research and planning this can be for the most part be mitigated.

What I truly fear is social judgement. I am honestly quite good socially, and have built a circle of tight lifelong friends. We all come from smaller towns with more conservative backgrounds. Thus I believe hard maxing would really hurt the relationships I have with my friends and the relationships I have with my parents, and siblings. Is this true? Is anyone else in the same boat?

only sped low iq niggas get botched most of the time

I feel the same way bout it. My family is more conservative bluepillled "looks dont matter" so they woudl be pretty surprised if i hardmaxxed. I also sometimes have to bite my tongue when i hear them kinda shame coworkers or friends who have done cosmetic procedures even simple shit like fillers.

Yea ppl worship natural beauty and hate ppl who get surgery. Thus the only true solution is to not tell anyone, yet I can be difficult to hide if you have a transformative surgery. I guess you just gotta deny accusations until the day you die 😂

Just get a functional surgery with it like a septoplasty + rhinoplasty and just say “oh septoplasty just changes the appearance of your nose a bit”

People will judge you either way. Ignore them
