I think he still got muscle mass thats why alot of people who are big actually have a decent amount of muscle so their bodyfat % maybe not as high as you think. You can be 75kg and 35% bf and you can be 100 kg and 35% bf

Raising a family in EE seems much more viable than in the liberal west. I heard immigration to EE is kind of strict though.
