-Ever so slight ccw
-Gonial flaring
-Genio with vertical movement too and fixing asymmetry

over for the 5mm philtrumcel with a 1:4 philtrum-chin ratio in the after simulation, looks like shit tbh. Lower lip should be behind ur upper lip.
