mine was 17 pretty recently too
I checked again and it might actually be a bit under 17. I'm not sure if I'm 180cm or like a bit more :Awkward:

Over. My bmi is currently 23.1 according to an online calculator and it looks a lot better than when I was lighter at the same height. I also go to the gym so am lean. Wasn't easy for me to gain weight but I gained lean weight over the past couple years

Why you have so many colored hearts are you a gay twink. Anyways 17 is pretty low yeah youre probably skinny asf if that matches your pheno ie cute cel/ hyper feminine pretty boy. Then its fine if not start working out.

Im like 24.4 rn im lowkey kinda fat rn tho like 17/18% body fat.

Idk that's up to you. If you struggle to eat enough calories do dirty bulking where you eat a lot of junk food to gain easier. Not that healthy but will help you gain weight if you really want to. That's how I gained from 150 to 170 pounds but I also did gym and made sure the weight went to mostly muscle gains instead of as fat. You don't wanna just eat like crazy while not exercising

Might not really be that bad if you're gymmaxxed. Having more muscle mass than average for your weight can make these bmi measurements a poor judgement of how fat you are. Huge difference between a 200 pound fatass and a 200 pound muscular man of the same height, but bmi views em the same since it only accounts for weight and height

Best judgement of body fat is just to look at yourself and see how defined your muscles are and all that

If you are boneless then go a lean muscular build. If you have bones go for like muscular slightly lean build like what most hollywood actors maintain, think chris evans, henry cavill , etc

Ive got muscle not an insane amount tho. In upper end of the teens bodyfat % have some definition but no abs.

Yeah i def do. Im probably cut like 6-10 lb
Just take it slow. A 500 calorie deficit a day is gonna make you lose 1 pound a week. Not hard to do either since that's essentially just one less snack

Yeah i know i usually just a 300 calorie intake deduction and do cardio. Omad is the move tho
