Idk that's up to you. If you struggle to eat enough calories do dirty bulking where you eat a lot of junk food to gain easier. Not that healthy but will help you gain weight if you really want to. That's how I gained from 150 to 170 pounds but I also did gym and made sure the weight went to mostly muscle gains instead of as fat. Might not really be that bad if you're gymmaxxed. Having more muscle mass than average for your weight can make these bmi measurements a poor judgement of how fat you are. Best judgement of body fat is just to look at yourself and see how defined your muscles are and all that
