My body looks fine when bulking

So when I cut I look weird like my arms get skinny plus I still have gyno and side belly fat and looks so weird once I start eating normally I feel good my body looks fine my chest looks fine with body also my arms doesn't look skinny

maybe u cut too hard or reduce carbs too much which makes u look flat and weird

maybe try cut with less of a deficit or keep carbs high while cutting

if not then idk
