I am only 68kg at 177/178cm 😡 I am going to the gym since very long, but still its impossible for me to gain weight. Last week i ate 2500 calories but still i lost 500 grams of weight.
Going to the gym feels bad, and i dont have this androgenic "pump" feeling like when i was 18/19. Also i get sick very fast, and dont recover well.
I train since months 4 times a week, and not gained a single gram of muscles or a kg more benchpress.
My t levels are average at 520. E2 is at a high range, maybe because i take fin.
I simply feel weak and not androgenic. What could i do? People call me skinny all the time.

I would love to, but then i am already on finasteride and wait till i get my hairtransplant in december.
I think its impossible to take roids without hairloss even with fin.

Girls in my city are used to have sex with bulked up muscular dudes. I swiped on tinder with a fake female profile and saw so many rtt masculine guys. Why would they want a guy like me that doesnt even look like he lifts with a hoodie on.

i was 58 kg and 6'1, i ate 4500 + calories( controlled diet not junk food) a day and after 6 month i became 76 kg mostly muscle mass. 3 or 4 times a week exercise and eat healthy like a cow you will gain fine as a hard gainer ecto.also you should eat all the nutrition according to your body weight.

I was fat 83kg once, and i think this has left me with very fast fat storage. There is some fluffy fat left at my belly, and as soon as i eat more, my belly is very bloated. I think 4500kcal would leave me as a walking balloon after a few weeks.

Some girls literally told me i looked way better when i was a high bodyfat bloated gymcel at 83kg.

how about hard cardio session once or twice a week for burning fats, because as a hard gainer the only way you can get bigger is more calories sadly

Most likely because you don't train properly. But if you do and feel generalized unexplained weakness, fatigue sooner and need longer to recover compared to, say, a couple years ago, maybe even have coordination problems, there could be a different explanation. Building muscle and using botox are like polar opposites and and as much as I hate repeating myself, there's no surefire way to keep 100% of it confied to the injection site

If you maintain at 2500 calories, try eating 3000 calories a day. That's easy even if you have bad appetite by including more fats in the diet, for example, peanut butter. Its really hard for us hardgainers to gain mass on carbs/proteins, so we have to stick to fats, that are very high-caloric

Very low BF, enough to where his ab veins are showing while not being completely DYEL.
I'd estimate around 15-16% bf in those pics. Not that lean tbh

You could try a Deca only cycle if you want to blast without hair loss (need to get off Fin in that case)

You sound like the classic case of not eating enough animal foods. I had all the same problems as you about 10 years ago when I was trying to eat a bro diet of green veg, oats, protein powders, and very lean chicken. Just nutritionally empty and terrible for hormones.

If he's 15-16% BF then I'm like 25%. I have veins in my arms, shoulders, etc but none in my abs.

But I would've thought 75kg from his build at his height (5'10). He weighs less than he looks.

I have a fucking roadmap on my arms, visible bicep veins and also on my lower belly and I'd estimate myself to be around 15%, maybe even slightly more. Vascularity is a poor indicator of leanness. It strongly depends on genetics, age, temperature etc. Some people have 20+% bf and zero abs but high vascularity, others have poor vascularity even at low bf

I have abs and strong forearm vascularity at 17% bf but have no cephalic veib visible, only on pump.
