My brother way taller than me

I am 178cm (18 years) and my brother is 186cm (30 years but he was still taller than me at my age)
Can somebody tell me why (without saying to kms)

and now i am not really lean so i was thinking to do some intermittent fasting but i also don't want to compromise a possible final growth spurt

If it makes things easier for you, I am 178cm tall too, but my brother facially mogs me quite a bit.


He is 10 years younger though so at least I height mog him

the fact is that i eat and sleep good, i don't smoke and i train hard (currently not cuz i had a motorbike accident) and my brother at my age use to eat like shit, party all the time, smoke everyday and even do drugs
