I have tried water mainupulations, potassium-sodium and all other mainstream bullshit.
let me tell you the method that work the best.
Assuming your schedule is 8am-10pm alert time, so from 8am-4pm at least just eat protein rich snack like protein bars around 200cal every 2 hours and you can switch with greek yogurt. so by the time 4pm come you have already eaten 800cal and your face have been lean af the whole day doing this, the protein rich also help with satiety and less blood glucose swing during the day.
Then by the late evening you can indulge how much you want.
