I’m 30 and everybody says I look 35-40. I look horrifying in some lighting. I think cortisol is the number 1 collagen scorcher, and I’ve had massively stressful periods in my life, one after the other with poor nutrition.

I need help bad, what are all the things I can do to reverse wrinkles. Give me every possible thing I can do. I need a comprehensive routine or I’m done for.

Derma rolling can increase collagen by up to 400%.

What's dermer rolling how do you do it? is it expensive?

I got them young too. It’s stress.

It’s not over though I’m doing better now with women than at any point in my life because of physique, beard, and surgeries. Collagen on its own did nothing for me without bones.

But I need to improve this issue now.

I keep hearing this but I’ve heard of people doing it for 6 months with no benefit.

derminator 2, red light therapy, vit c serum, hiit

It’s easy man, here’s a tutorial below. You can get them on eBay or amazon for cheap, mine cost £4 and works great.

You need co2/laser treatments, retin a and hyaluron injections. Also botox helped me massive.
Fixing skin/collagen is one of the easier things of looksmaxing.

Does it leave red marks for a while after ? Do you see the marks the next day.

What have you got to lose?
Nothing I’m going to try it I was just hoping you’d tell me about cases where it worked.

By hyaluron injections you just mean fillers right ? Like restalyn?

Read my vitamin C guide, take cod liver oil (has to be free from heavy metals and other contaminants), gelatin and spirulina every day, eat lots of fruits (especially bananas, dates and other ones rich in potassium), stress management, start meditating, moderate sun exposure, switch to sprouted grains if necessary, only eat as often/much as your body tells you to, do liver and colon cleanses, get lean and shower directly after exercising or other sweat-inducing physical activities.

This should get you started. Report back after about six months.

appreciate this. Grains of all kinds make it temporarily worse. I seem to do best on a meat, fruit, and milk only diet. I gotta get back to that.

nobody’s mentioned HGH microdosing. I did a cycle of it once and it did smooth out my wrinkles. So expensive though and high risk of being bunk.

I mentioned switching to sprouted grains because phytic acid in untreated grains inhibits nutrient absorption.

HGH might help short term but will cause other issues. Do regular water fasts along with colon cleanses instead.

Why would a fast be beneficial for skin though.

Any thoughts on cold therapy like an ice mask?
No idea. For circulation, diet, supplementation, moderate physical activity and sun exposure are helpful.
Why? Good post by the way.
To get rid of the dirt, metabolic and bacterial metabolites that clog the pores to reduce the damage they produce on the skin's appearance. A huge factor for pimples, skin blemishes and other nastiness.

Retin A and good diet also supplement with collagen peptides

AND MAKE sure you have good skincare routine and I also recommend you take supplements such as cod liver oil and vitamin C and also MSM

It's kinda like the wounding healing theory like with hair regrowth.
