My current leanmaxxing routine

3 cans of wild caught red sockeye salmon (135g protein and 45g fat total) + 2 medium potatoes ( 50g carbs total) = 1195 calories
2 celsius energy drinks (accelerates metabolism like no other)
cardio everyday and weightlifting every other day
7 hours of sleep minimum
lots of water
Last but not least... shitmaxxing. yep u need to be emptying ur bowels everyday.
That's pretty much it.
