currently I’m:
Leanmaxxing on a 200-300 deficit (I tried couple of weeks on 500-600 deficit but the hunger was too strong for me to hold on
I’m already pretty lean tbh, but my face stores insane amounts of fat so need to go very lean.
icehooding:
At start I thought it was complete and utter bullshit then I started being consistent and gave it 10 min a day unlike the other users here who are mentally weak and gave up after a week and said it doesn’t work. Anyways 2 months later and gained a decent hooding ngl. For these who ask: NO, you will not lose your progress within a day or two off, and no, the hooding isn’t just temporary. I took 3-4 days off and my hooding was even better. (Just a reminding you guys, I started icehooding while I was on a deficit but if i was on a manintance I would’ve had better results) My goal is to continue for a few more months and then only do it twice a week.
Neckmaxxing:
Some boys here introduced it to me today and NGL, I will do It for a month and take pictures everyday. My lower third is pretty good so it can be a good HALO for me.

NGL I have some deficiencies (folid acid, iron, vitamin B12)
Talked to my doctor and took the supplements yesterday)
