Goal: Purely aesthetics/looksmaxxing. I barely train legs directly (most of that comes from sports/cardio). Trying to gain as much muscle as possible over the winter holidays. High Intensity, low volume.

Day 2 – Shoulders + Abs + Light Legs + Cardio

- Hanging Leg Raise
- Seated Leg Curl (Machine)
