My current optimized workout routine. (Natty)

Goal: Purely aesthetics/looksmaxxing. I barely train legs directly (most of that comes from sports/cardio). Trying to gain as much muscle as possible over the winter holidays. High Intensity, low volume.

Day 1 – Upper​

  • Incline Chest Press (Machine)
  • Butterfly / Pec Deck
  • Single-Arm Lateral Raise (Cable)
  • Pull-Up (Weighted)
  • Seated Row (Machine)
  • Preacher Curl (Machine)
  • Overhead Triceps Extension (Cable)

Day 2 – Shoulders + Abs + Light Legs + Cardio​

  • Seated Shoulder Press (Machine)
  • Single-Arm Lateral Raise (Cable)
  • Rear Delt Reverse Fly (Machine)
  • Crunch (Machine)
  • Hanging Leg Raise
  • Seated Leg Curl (Machine)
  • Stair Machine (Cardio)

Day 3 – Rest​


Day 4 – Push​

  • Incline Chest Press (Machine)
  • Chest Press (Machine)
  • Butterfly / Pec Deck
  • Overhead Triceps Extension (Cable)
  • Triceps Rope Pushdown
  • Triceps Dip (sometimes)
  • Single-Arm Lateral Raise (Cable)

Day 5 – Pull​

  • Seated Row (Machine)
  • Iso-Lateral High Row (Machine)
  • Pull-Up (Weighted)
  • Preacher Curl (Machine)
  • Hammer Curl (Dumbbell)
Might add another back or bicep exercise here – open to recommendations.

Day 6 – Shoulders + Abs + Cardio​

(Same as Day 2, without the leg curls)
  • Seated Shoulder Press (Machine)
  • Single-Arm Lateral Raise (Cable)
  • Rear Delt Reverse Fly (Machine)
  • Crunch (Machine)
  • Hanging Leg Raise
  • Stair Machine (Cardio)

Day 7 – Rest​


Supplements:
  • Creatine
  • Vitamin D3 + K2
  • Magnesium
  • Planning to stay natty for now.
Looking for:
Any recommendations on what to add/remove, volume tweaks, or general adjustments to maximize aesthetics

too low frequency, only way that would work is with fullbody.
