This is my current supplement schedule as someone who’s a pussy coper and won’t pin hope you guys enjoy, any advice feel free please and thank you! (and if anyone has a good dut source please lmk)

MORNING (Empty Stomach)
  • Collagen – 12.5g
  • Taurine 3g
  • Enclomiphene Citrate - 12.5 (oral)
BREAKFAST / FIRST MEAL
  • Omega-3 – 2000mg
  • Astaxanthin – 12mg
  • Vitamin D3 + K2 – 4000 IU
  • Vitamin C – 1000mg
  • Copper (bisglycinate) – 3mg
  • Boron – 10mg
  • Potassium Chloride – 750–1400mg
  • NAC - 600mg
  • Iodine - 400 ug
  • Selenium - 200 ug
  • Berberine - 500mg
  • Ostarine - 15mg
  • TUDCA - 600mg


PRE-WORKOUT
  • L-Citrulline Malate – 10g
  • Creatine - 6g
DINNER / SECOND MEAL

it’s more so the people around me would hate me for it, i have no way to hide it. i would but its the fact i would basically be disowned, copium till the end ig.

increase d3 to 10000iu cuz why not
probably will, i megadosed 40k a while back so i don’t know where the comfort zone is atm.

I understand but your alr on mk677 so anw ur not natty anymore and why would u not use smt just because its not considered natty when it could litteraly change your life- thats my mentality

it’s the difference in intimidation factor, mk isn’t that harsh/effective compared to pinning compounds, i’ve been on and off mk for the past 3 years 17 - 20 and no one’s really concerned about it. however if all of a sudden i start flashing needles around my house im sure there would be a major issue lol.
