10:00 - 12:00

  • wake up
  • pin peptides (fasted)
  • pin test
  • go for 30 fasted min cardio


12:00-3

  • eat food (pre work out)
  • caffeine pills and water
  • gym


3-6

  • post workout food
  • skin care
  • hair routine


7-9

  • dinner
  • shower
  • skin care pt2
  • supplements






daily

  • 8-10 bottles water -
  • 8-12 hours sleep
  • 1700 cals (untill 10%)
  • 170 protein


weekly

  • 5 hours cardio weekly- 2
  • teeth whitening 1x a week
  • gym 4x a week-2
 
:love: make sure u stay consistent with this though. What peptides do you pin?
