i’m a 16years want to improve my height (i’m 5’7 wanna be 6’1) , testosterone level, DHT level, and achieve good grades. Here’s my daily routine





lifestyle:



  • 6:15 wake up
  • 6:30 - 6:45 massai jump
  • 6:45 - 7:00 stretching
  • 7:00 - 8:00 bonesmashing
  • 8:00 - 8:30 breakfeast
  • 8:30 - 12:30 school
  • 13:00 - 14:00 studying
  • 14:00 - 14:30 lunch
  • 14:30 - 17:30 school
  • 17:40 - 17:50 high speed jaw opening exercise
  • 17:50 - 17:55 thumbpulling
  • 17:55 - 18:00 chintucks
  • 18:00 - 19:00 studying
  • 19:10 - 19:20 high speed jaw opening
  • 19:20 - 19:25 thumpulling
  • 19:25 - 19:30 chin tucks
  • 19:30 - 20:45 bonesmashing
  • 21:00 - 22:30 gym (5times a week)
  • 22:40 - 22:55 dihh exercise
  • 23:00 sleep
  • no fap
  • thinking all day about growing taller ( psychologie fact )

When I don’t have school, u will find me studying - sprinting - training mma

  • 600mg ashwaghanda
  • 430mg magnesium
  • 5g creatine
  • 300mcg vitamine d3
  • 450mcg vitamine k2
  • 180mg omega 3
  • 5mg boron naturally ( almonds - avocados - raisins…)
  • 50mg niacin from food ( 150-200g of turkey breast (20-30mg) + 100g canned tuna (11-15mg) +…)
  • 50mg vitamine e (100g of almonds (25.6mg) + sunflower seeds(26,4mg) )
  • 1000mg calcium ( 100g canned sardines (350mg) - 2 oranges (140mg) - 100g almonds (267mg)….(i’m allergic to milk)
  • <1g sodium
  • 3-5 eggs
  • 100-130g of proteine
  • 3L water

just sleep well and eat raw organs and you wont need any of those unabsorable toxic supplements

if your growth plates are still open (and at 16, they might be), you’ve got three weapons: sleep, sprinting, and heavy compounds. Hang from a bar like your future depends on it, swim until your spine decompresses, and sprint l. but let’s be real—if your dad’s 5’8”, you’re not hitting 6'

It's like impossible to get 5mg boron from just food alone nowadays, how much raisins are you fucking eating jfl?
 
Don't believe everything you see on TikTok. The mass jumping is a joke also the bone smashing is just giving you brain damage. I feel sorry for the uneducated.

how would spine decompression and stretching affect an open growth plates person like cant that also help people who have closed growth plates? (im curious because i have open growth plates and i want to know the effects of swimming and stretching in an open growth plates person)
