My diet plan for the next days

i wanna loose fat asap.

I am like on 15-16% bodyfat right now and want to get on 12 asap.

My plan is for the next days eating under 800 kcal a day and fasting for over 40h hours but I am not sure in this one or maybe eating just a 1-2 apples a day with a bit of beef(optional) for 3-4 days?
And then continuing my strong diet?
 
just eat under maintenance and hit cardio for 40 hours instead of fasting
