50g cheese
250ml whole milk

2 kiwis as preworkout

200g ground beef
50g cheese
250ml kefir

Some liver thrice a week
And or fatty fish
——
What my mom makes as dinner:feelsyay:


Gimme reccomendations what to add and or switxh since i am cutting atm(y)

no you need more other fast digesting carbs, such as cookies, white bread, oat drinks or any other sugary drinks will do

fine if feel guilty about eating processed food, honey and oats are a good combo imo :feelsokman:
50g oats, 30g honey with 100ml low fat milk in microwave is what i do sometimes

Yeah honey on my kiwis and id prolly be better off adding. Some sweet potatoes to my first meal for vit C(y)

Very good , man i gotta get back on a consistent diet , i would eat clean throughout the day but enjoy kinders and sweets at night
