40 minute walk minimum per day - decreases inflammation, calories that are burnt are primarily carbs and sugars
Cold showers - improves elasticity and decreases inflammation
Hylauronic acid - Good in hydrating the skin and making it elastic asf (try it if u havent)
Sudocream or any other zinc creams - Once in a while will cover my face in it, helps treat dermatisis too due to zinc content
Vitamin C megadose - I megadose 2000mg of vitamin C daily
La Roche anti shine moisturizer - self explainatory
Lowering bodyfat % - tightens skin cuz less fat on face (pretty obvious)
Sun exposure - DO THIS ONLY IF U DONT HAVE ANY PIE OR PIP OR SKIN ISSUES! IT WILL WORSEN IT! (helps rape my dark eye circles incredibly fast)
Jelly - could be cope but muh its 0 calorie snack so who give a fuck, eat it its good leanmaxxing food anyway and apperantly may improve collagen

Copes :

Overdrinking water - drink water when u feel like it, it isnt going to "hydrate" u.
Moisturizing - if it isnt hylauronic or an anti shine moisturizer it wont do shit for u.

Results :

Removes dark circles I have year round, tighter skin giving more lean look, overall look healthier. Faint smile lines dissapear.

It is very hard work but worth it in the end.

should i switch to dut from fin?
Age?

If post puberty (likely 18+) then i’d say yes. Full send that shit. Will save your skin and hair and maintain your youth.

what to do?
hella strong sunscream and avoid sun jfl. It is worth it in the long run and having PIE or PIP go away in months rather than a year or two

is there any evidence that dht blockers slowdown aging?
Never looked into actual data, but the anecdotal evidence I observed from the people who were on Dutasteride for prolonged periods of time and then discontinued their usage to have children is more than enough to see what a detrimental effect DHT has on your looks. For example Ashton Kutcher talks about his dutasteride usage (Avodart) and through observing his changed, he aged about 10 years in 1 year and also started to norwood again if you look at pics.

I will never understand anti 5ARi people. DHT has 0 effect on in bone growth, the hormones responsible are Test, E2, HGH and IGF1. All DHT will do is rape your elastin in the long term as well as rape your hairline, as observed when Ashton. It is unironically the ultimate looksmax drug to allow you to preserve your looks.

I have respect for Ashton for talking about his usage, 99% of hollywood will not mention that they use obviouslyz Most of them will be on a 5ARi to preserve their hair etc.

The only reason to not use Dutasteride if you have mental side effects potentially, since DHT is responsible for neurosteroids as well, but Fin would be fine still since it only inhibits type 2.
