TL;DR: I want to cut for 8 weeks with low-dose Tren/T3/Reta to shred down, and then transition straight into a pure lean bulk for 16-18 weeks running NPP, low-dose Tren, and a Test base. Goal is to hit 88kg at 12% body fat. Then cruising long-term for that dry aesthetic.
Objection: Why not bulk and cut, you will end up with more gains right?
I train purely for aesthetics. I want to be attractive and lean all throughout the cycle process, not just at the end.

The Goals
- End of cut goal: Shred down to 77kg @ 11% body fat.
- End of cycle goal: 88kg @ 12% body fat.
- Long-term cruising goal: 86kg @ 12% body fat with that dry Mast aesthetic look.
List of Compounds Used
- Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): The base.
- Trenbolone Acetate (Tren Ace): Short ester for the cut and bulk. If mental sides get too dark, it clears the system fast.
- Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP): Short ester Deca. Pure tissue packing and joint lubrication for the bulk.
- Masteron Enanthate (Mast E): For the long-term aesthetic cruise.
- HCG: To keep the boys working and shoot ropes.
- Cabergoline (Caber): Mandatory to have on hand for prolactin control (running 19-nors).
- AI and PCT: On hand just in case.
- Health stack: Ezetimibe 10mg/day, high-quality Fish Oil, Citrus Bergamot (to survive the Mast and Tren lipids impact). Telmisartan 40mg and Propranolol 40mg for BP/heart rate control. UDCA 300mg for liver support. Cialis just for the fun and the pump.
- Fat burners: Retatrutide (Reta) and T3 25mcg. Winstrol 20mg as a finisher.
The 8-Week Cut Plan
- Test base: 300mg/week -> Obvious foundation.
- Trenbolone Acetate: 75mg/week -> For handling its anti-catabolic property and its boost to the metabolism. I think this is the sweet spot for gains and low sides.
- Fat burners: Retatrutide 2mg/week, T3 50mcg/day, Winstrol 20mg/day in the last 3 weeks for aesthetics.
- Diet & Training: Aggressive 1000 daily caloric deficit (aiming for about 0.8-1kg of pure fat loss per week). Lifting heavy 4 days a week: high intensity, lower volume to force the body to keep the tissue.
- Expectation: I think I will lose 6kg of fat and water and gain 1kg of muscle. Based on the fact that I haven't lifted much for the last 6 months, my body will respond well, plus the body recomp property of Tren.
The 16-18 Week Lean Bulk
- Cycle: Test 500mg/week, NPP 300mg/week.
- Trenbolone Acetate: 150mg/week introduced in the last 10 weeks, rolling at a low dose purely for its insane nutrient partitioning. Forces the calorie surplus directly into the muscle cells and keeps fat gain at zero.
- Winstrol: In the last 3 weeks (still hesitant to add it here).
- Training & Diet: Clean 500-750 daily caloric surplus. Lifting heavy 4-5 days a week.
- Expectation: I expect to go from 77kg to 88kg. The first 3-4kg will be immediate intracellular water and glycogen fullness from introducing the NPP and carbs post-cut. The remaining 7-8kg will be lean tissue packed on over the 15 weeks at roughly 0.5kg/week. NPP will bring the massive fullness, Tren will keep the waist tight and the vascularity popping.
The Cruising
- Protocol: 150mg Test/week + 100mg Masteron/week.
- Expectation: I expect to drop about 2-3kg of the heavy intracellular water and glycogen fullness from the NPP/bulk phase, settling at a rock-solid, dry 86kg at 12% BF. Although I might look leaner and drier with the Masteron effect.
