my experience eating high fat low carb

this week i ate
eggs
butter
cheese
a bit of ketchup with the egg sometimes
today i ate a bunch of carbs to see the difference and its huge holy shit im so tired after eating carbs usually i would have tonnes of energy even though i was still in a caloric defecit now i see why i was rotting so much fuck my dad was away thats why i could eat low carb i need to convince him to allow me to eat what i need

i ate fats still, i assume the carbs spiked my blood sugar which is why i feel like shit

Eggs, liver, milk, some fruits and vegetables works for me

Most carbs are shit and should just be for pleasure, not nutrition. It stores as fat. The only good carbs are potatoes since they are low in both kcals and carbs and high in potassium
