Honestly the sides on arimidex are not that bad. I've been on it for a few days now and all I've noticed is that my mood is a bit flat and I have lower libido (that's fine because it's not like I'm having sex everyday). In terms of joint pain the only thing I've noticed is that my joints are more drier, so they'll be a little stiff sometimes but I don't have too much joint pain yet. Obviously it's only been 3 days so we'll see what happens.
