my experience with bonesmash

I been bonesmashing since novemver 2025 i saw huge improvement on my bones and everything ( I DONT RECCOMEND IT) but ye i still need to keep going i broke my fingers bonesmashing my zygos and ill prob buy a hammer since punching em makes no effects reaching this point, tbh i really feel like shi it feels so sad to beat urself up in order to become better looking i hate people judging you and treating you based on ur looks even tho i prefer the fucking beat up to ascend insteand of living like trash being bullied or getting ignored by every femcel.
