It's probably best to go see a psychologist and talk it out. Or at least start socialmaxxing

You just have to be or act nt. Fortunately, I am pretty nt, so I am good at interacting with people.

Look at women like they are just another person. They are not above you so no need to be nervous.

However, when I go out I can't be sober since I am very high inhib in those environments.

i started my work on soc anx slowly
if i was out somewhere and someone had a pair of cool shoes on, id say something

seeing the excitement of someone getting complimented does a lot to reverse the effects of soc anx

keep doing things like that, graduating to smaller steps ahead, and eventually go out to social places like bars or concerts/raves with a friend to practice

talking to women is never easy, i personally just greatly dislike them, but get another guy to introduce you somewhere. it’ll happen
