My experience with going to the gym

Ok I will make this quick, here are my main takeaways.

-
Being lean gives you 90% of the social/aesthetic benefit of the gym.

-Dont watch too much gymcontent, its a very easy way to get into the manosphere self improvement rabbithole and become extremely ND overtime. I use this website only when im bored

-Always go to social hangouts over the gym


-Losing muscle happens slower than you think

-Do NOT dirtybulk, EVER

-Like I said dont worry about science based training, just follow a basic routine and your genetics will handle 95% of your proportions and sometimes size.


-If your skinny and tall you dont really need to go

-if you hit the gym before puberty, your wasting your time, just wait till puberty.

Yeah but if you lift you can easily achieve a nice physique without obsessing

You can even just have good genetics, and you just have a natural good frame.

Yeah you definitely can. I’m just saying being short and then looking weak on top of it isn’t gonna turn many girls on. At least imo. If I was really short I think I’d prob sacrifice a few lbs of body fat to look a little bigger.
 
why not i thought lean is law
I mean 12% is pretty lean. Good luck being super low bf% and not feeling like shit unless ur on gear. That’s one of the things that sucks if ur short, it can be tough to be lean with enough muscle to actually look like you lift. It depends on each person’s genetics too tbh.
