To begin, Yes I did get good results and my teeth are much whiter now, here is my advice:
First Experience: The first thing I struggled with is getting a source that actually sold the real shit, I first bought a 44% H202 gel from LaserGlowSpa, and it didn't do jack shit, I honestly think I've gotten better results from crest teeth whitening strips
so if your looking for a source don't buy from them its a complete scam.
Second Experience: After that I decided to look for a better source and every time I searched up "Hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening gel" I kept on seeing the Ibrite teeth whitening kit however most source I went to required me to have a dentist license until I found some old ass company that was selling it and didn't require a dentist ID so I order a 30% H202 Gel teeth whitening kit (I know this is obviously less effective than 44% but I decided it was better than getting fake shit). I honestly thought I got scammed again because they took like 2 weeks to ship but I called them and they said that they order it on demand so they had to wait for the company to send it to them before they could send it to me.
Now for the good stuff: I finally received the whitening kit and it came just about everything I needed including the gingival barrier and the whitening gel with mixing syringes to properly mix it together. It didn't come with the blue light to harden the gingival barrier but I already had that from my previous attempt, also the mouth retractor it came with was absolute dog shit and seemed to be made of some flimsy plastic but once again I already had some good ones from my previous attempt
I wiped my teeth dry and put tissues in the back of my mouth as well as on my top and bottom lip and gum area to prevent the gel from touching my lips. I then put on the lip retractor, applied the gingival barrier to the gums gingival just around my teeth (You want a little on your teeth to make 100% sure the hydrogen peroxide gel doesn't touch your gums) I then hardened the barrier with the blue light and applied the H202 gel.
When applying the H202 gel, you want to make sure you cake your teeth with it, get a good ass amount on their, in the instructions it says to get 2mm on each tooth so that should give you an idea of how much you should use, the syringe has enough for about 3-4 rounds, I recommend waiting 15 mins after applying it before wiping it off with some thick tissue paper and then applying the next round. Be very careful when applying it as it does sting if you get it on your gums or skin.
Pain Level: I would say it was more uncomfortable than painful but you definitely feel that shit, I didn't use any teeth numbing but I heard that's a thing so if your sensitive to that stuff I would recommend getting some so you don't end up bailing halfway through the procedure.
Results: I'm very sorry to disappoint but I didn't take before and after pictures and I did this a while ago so my teeth aren't quite as white however I can assure you the results are very pleasing and much better than any teeth whitening strips could ever do, I would say my teeth got around 4-5 shades whiter, It would have been more if I used more of the gel but I wasted a lot of it as it as I didnt notice it was leaking out of the syringe.
Downtime: It is recommended to wait 6-12 months between sessions but I would say it should be fine after 3-4 months, however if you feel persistent teeth sensitivity or your enamel recovers slowly I would wait longer, just feel it out. In the mean time I personally use whitening strips occasionally just to maintain results
LMK if there's any questions I can answer, I think this is one of the best softmaxxes you can do and yellow teeth are a huge looksmin that can be easily fixed.
