I took mk677 at 20mg for 28days here’s what happened:
Strength increase after the second week; it will be very slight but noticeable if you were natty before
By the end of the month i added about 10KG to my bench with shit training and even worse dieting
Body changes:

Not a crazy amount of change but after my cycle Ended and all the water weight went away (i gained like 10kg of straight water) i had gained about 1-2kg of muscle give or take
I still thinks its a nice amount for somebody who doesn’t pay attention to their training at all or their diet
If you are on top of both i would say you could get some great gains on mk677 but don’t expect a lot. Were not blasting tren here
Bone changes absolute nil JFL if ur taking mk for bone growth which i doubt most people are retarted enough to do
