my experience with pregabalin and furosemide

if you look at my last post u will see my whole indiamart order

i took 40mg furosemide (11pm)
and i took 300mg pregabalin (12pm)

i took this at 12pm and drove to pick up my friend then drove for another 30 mins to play top golf
i honestly didnt feel much until like 2pm
i felt slight dizziness (like when u get tipsy from alcohol in a good way) and a slight relaxed feeling
a couple hours later it just gets better
its not 8pm and im still feeling a slight buzz and nice relaxed feeling
ill stay on my 300mg dose whenever im going out with friends or to an event.
i recommend taking at least 2 hours before the event.
DONT GET ADDICTED (set a max limit for urself mines is 2 times a week)

FUROSEMIDE
honestly i was a little disappointed with this one
i took 40mg at 11am.
i did notice slight debloat over the next few hours.
i still look slightly less bloated than before i took it this morning.
i only had to piss slightly more than usual nothing like some others people experience where they piss every 15 mins
i guess i have a higher tolerance to it
next time i will take 80mg and hopefully get better results

Start with 40mg and see how it is
40mg works fine for a lot of people but 80mg is best

ok and how often should i take it. I know its not recommended every day so... is any diuretics that i could take on a daily basis

Definitely not everyday as lasix is a loop diuretic it’s very harsh and removed a lot of fluids and will drain you
If you want something for a daily basis you can take potassium sparing diuretics like epleronone 50mg every day is what most people do.
But remember these things only really work if ur at least under 15% bf
