So my first ultrasonic cavitation session I warmed up my skin with RF and I just couldn’t even touch the ultrasonic cavitation head to my face well I did for a second, but I just couldn’t handle the noise because it was so loud so I just stopped and now today I did two minutes on one cheek yeah I know it’s not a lot but things people don’t tell you is you have to build tolerances to this
Next day, I’ll be able to do five minutes and then it’ll all keep building until finally my nervous system builds tolerance to the
Sound anyway I just wanted to be true
Because don’t expect if you first
Get ultrasonic cavitation you think you’re just gonna be able to do it for like 30 minutes straight. The sound is normally unbearable at first and then it slowly gets better
Anyway I’ll keep alternating my cheeks until finally I can do a full 16 minutes session
And then I’ll be fine
So yeah, the point is you just have to build tolerance to the sound
And yes, it’s going to be loud regardless if you puff your cheeks
