There’s something I want to share. I was spiraling mentally, very close to making a decision that wouldve locked me into something I couldn’t fully control starting a steroid cycle.
The needle was already in my body and I stopped. I took a step back and thought about what it really meant. Depending on something external just to feel strong, confident, or enough goes directly against everything I stand for freedom and independence. So I walked away
Some might see that as weakness, and that’s fine.
But for anyone dealing with something similar, understand this becoming dependent on anything to fix how you feel isnt power its a trade which is rarely worth it in the long run.
