Well i kinda am done with junk food after all these years and i am sooo fucking done with waking im bloated and feeling so insecure.

so i kinda wanna know what its like getting shredded as a person whos been fat his while life, im down to like i would say 17% im not very muscular kinda skinny. But i wanna know what its like being like 8-10% bodyfat

i am young tho so idk what itll do to me but yk👍🏻 ill eat a meat based diet while doing it i wont crash diet ok parents of .org

Should i? I got graduation and vacation in july how much bf did u lose and in what time frame do u think

yeah but as i said idrc ab muscles atm maybe not 8% but like around 10-12 is healthy and i can jus start gymming again and maingain

yeah ofc last summer i lost 8kg in like around a month and maintained my muscle but im afraid since im not as fat as before ill jus shred through the little muscle i got left but did u do steady state ir jus go for runs etc.

nigga js eat 1000- 1300 kcals a day and 200g protein daily youll lose fat and build muscle :whatfeels:

Yeah kinda hard when i dont have control on dinner i can still hit the protein but ill jus have to bump up the cardio ig since i cant eat shrimp daily

I alr got protein powder but id rather eat meat if im tryna get healthy i do like to make these pancakes with protein powder nd then got 400kcal with 50-60g protein tho ngl been my breakfast for a bit
