Water retention, You can test this by simply lying back like if you were sleeping for like 2 hours on your phone, by the end you should get those eyes. To attain this permanently I think you could try using volufiline.

When you lay down, fluid pools in the tissues around your eyes, making them look puffier and more narrow eyes. you also just woke up and you are probably tired. You are less alert and eyes are relaxed making them look thinner.
Maybe you can try to relax your eyes and lay down all the time (LDAR) if you are not willing to get implants, volufiline. or etc.
