My face got completely destroyed after 2 years of mouthbreathing

Even after being on this website for 2 years my mouthbreathing habits took over me during sleep time. Mouth taping didn't work at all against the will of my body.
Strange thing is that my bone mass etc was way better pre-mewing when i has mouthbreathing everytime, i'm 20 now so i don't really get how such cranial reshaping changes could have happened but whatever.
My ipd got narrower, my midface got narrower, my zygos got lower and rounder.

Is it still possible to reverse such damages to a certain extent ? I'm about to get MSE

your face naturally tends grow downwards and forwards cuz thats how the sutures are positioned

this is why you can achieve a bit of results pulling downwards angle w mse not upwards
