My facial fat has randomly melted

I have no idea, maybe from kissing so much recently but almost all my facial fat is just gone, i look like a fucking skeleton and its kinda uncanny but lowkey mogs

Idk why this has happened though fr, i havent been like losing weight or anything, just randomly my facial fat is going away

Facial fat slowly disappears around that age naturally

Could be water retention going away.

Maybe your sleep schedule or diet's changed.

Check your weight too.

Also as you get older (late teens-early 20s) the fat pads in the face start to shift around and you store less fat around the buccal area, like the guy above said.
