Currently at 12 percent bodyfat 5'10, 72.5kg. I was lower before but I got the craving for takeout once every week and it fucked me up a little. But basically I quit eating take out again, and I started focusing on lowering my bodyfat again. My dad it's gay because I don't have a waist basically. But he's fatso that is like 33 %bodyfat so he's prolly jealous. My sister gets jealous too lol

My outfits are quite expensive too my sister tells me I dress like i dropped out of an armani ad lol, but she's just sad that she has a tummy
