zygos will grow only if you are deficient in vitamins... i'll recommend CCM + K2 + D3 personally there is nothing better than getting implants.

my mom is 5'2 and my dad is 5'7 and i am 6'0 at 15... it will grow naturally nothing can change your height.

Some basic advice btw. Reduce cortisol(don't stress), don't rot indoors, don't chronically fap, eat a lot but try to avoid slop, etc. This is just shit I wish I did at 14

test and hgh max. THats pretty much it. you already have good height genetics so eat clean, train moderatly every week and sleep. WHile I have relatively worse height genetics, I shot up height around this time so just chill. Get an xray.
