My First Steroid Cycle

Hey guys, I'm extraz, relatively new to the forum but I've been doing plenty of research for the past few months and want to begin my first cycle. I'm definitely less educated than most of the users on here, so I'm looking for some constructive criticism on what my next steps should be. I'm 16, trying to maximize height, frame, and physique. Closing my growth plates is something I'm not trying to do.

Before I start all of this I'm going to get bloodwork to see my:
T, Free T, E2, SHBG, T3, T4, Liver Panel (AST,ALT,ALP) Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, HDL,LDL,Triglycerides, C/HDL Ratio, Non-HDL Cholesterol) Basic Metabolic Panel + Blood Counts and my CBC.
Surprisingly for all of this its like $170, I found a great site.

My Cycle Plan:
490 mg Test Cyp (going to try 70 mg daily injections - morning) for 12-16 weeks. Side Note: I saw a story on someone using 200mg/ml concentration of Test P and having a really rough time with PIP, I'm personally going to go with Test Cyp 200mg/ml instead because the recent Propionate talk is way to overhyped. (It literally has a half life of 0.8 days, not even a full 24 hours JFL. shorter ester = higher peaks. Everyone on a BB forum will tell you to not run P.)
10 iu gh - daily at night (10 iu is probably the most I'll go up to)
250 iu HCG 3x a week - morning (seen a lot on HCG, 250 iu doesn't effect e2 as much as higher doses do and keeps the testes alive)
12.5 mg aromasin 3x a week on hand (will decide to use after I get my bloodwork done 4-6 weeks on cycle, depends how I aromatize)
After 12-16 weeks I'm going to just chill on 280mg (40mg daily - morning) for the next few months.
Some things I'm worried about injecting ED is the scar tissue, might switch to 3x a week but we'll see.

Ancillaries + Supplements (with a short explanation on why I'm taking it + sources)

Morning (upon waking)​

Telmisartan 40 mg – Empty stomach
ARB that lowers blood pressure and improves insulin sensitivity to counter androgen-induced hypertension

Ezetimibe 10 mg – With food
Blocks intestinal cholesterol absorption to reduce LDL by 15–25%, protecting cardiovascular health

Fish oil 2 g EPA+DHA – With fatty meal
Lowers triglycerides and provides anti-inflammatory omega-3s to support heart health on cycle

TUDCA 250 mg – First dose with breakfast
Reduces ER stress and liver enzyme elevation from hormones/meds, supporting liver regeneration

CoQ10 100 mg – With fatty meal
Mitochondrial antioxidant that supports energy production and counters statin-like lipid effects

Evening (with/after dinner)​

TUDCA 250 mg – Second dose with dinner
Maintains steady hepatoprotection throughout day, split dosing prevents GI upset

Isotretinoin 10 mg – With fatty meal
Low-dose acne control

Right now I'm running Upper Lower (Upper Monday, Lower Wednesday, Upper Friday) and on my off days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) I do an hour of cardio. I have a clean diet consisting of mainly milk, eggs, cheese, meat (chicken/steak, fish as well) and sometimes rice + avocado (probably 3x a week).

My diet + cardio should keep my health in check and the ancillaries + supplements would help as well.

I'm getting my test + HCG from __B (chinese vendor), ancillaries from indiamart, and supplements from amazon. The HGH market recently has been concerning but I'll probably get __B's 36 iu kits. If anyone wants to suggest a different source in DMs your welcome to, the purity of __B's test I saw was insanely low (75%). Might just go with __C.
(only showing last letter of source because they're already to mainstream jfl)

I hope with this stack my health is great and I get an inch or two taller, while also increasing my dimo.
If I'm doing anything wrong, please let me know. I'm definitely open to learning and taking advice.

saw a bunch of benefits in studies with megadose, you're probably gonna be groggy asf the first few days but your body will adjust. like i said in the thread though I might just switch to magnesium glycinate if its not a good experience

1-5mg is considered the safe and normal dose. You're a fucking brainlet for thinking you can literally just increase dose by a factor of 10-100 as if this is even remotely safe. But then, you're also abusing steroids.

Melatonin 100 mg – Right before bed
Regulates sleep-wake cycle and provides antioxidant support (megadose, monitor side effects)
100mg is a lot but I saw multiple studies that found great benefits. If it's not for me I'll throw it out. Probably will just take magnesium glycinate instead.

propionate has its place, you are correct in not using it for your cycle though. Typically its used either in a test blend or when the dosing is planned for short term.

Yea going from 0-100 for melatonin will destroy you, I’m still on 10mg after 3 years on it (for sleep) the only way taking 100mg is good is a 1-2 month build up

Whats up man, you seem very intelligent. Maybe if you read more than one word of the sentence, you can see there's a source link. If you click on the link and glance at the end of the abstract, you can see there's actual benefits. If you also glanced at my original statement in the thread, you can also see I'm just going to do a short self experiment and "If it's not for me I'll throw it out. Probably will just take magnesium glycinate instead."

Keep your eyes peeled g but I'll just remove it from the post

Yea going from 0-100 for melatonin will destroy you, I’m still on 10mg after 3 years on it (for sleep) the only way taking 100mg is good is a 1-2 month build up

india mart test is underdosed trust me, NEver use that shit i ran there shit 500mg a week and i got 1700 pmol should be high 3000s or 4000s no clue cuz it was underdosed, And it gave me acne probably unsterile or sum shit dont reccomend dont fuck up like i did spend the extra on UGL

Either I severely dnrd or you just didn't mention how long will you run this stack?

Also is your HGH 75% purity?? Or HCG? Cuz either way that's absolutely dog shit and I'd never buy it

I said i’d run 500 mg for 16 weeks then after that i said id cruise on 280 for the next few months (2-3 months). One of my sources got tested by janoshik at 75% purity, could’ve been a bad vial but that’s still absolute shit. I found a new one that’s around 97% purity, it’s an 100 iu kit for $430, still pretty expensive but i’d be willing to buy it tbh idrc

yeah i’ve grown like an inch, im 16 but when i was younger (late middle school) i was always the shortest kid from my class, until my puberty kicked in around 14 and i grew like 6 inches jfl. i’ve always been a super late bloomer (i remember my bone age was behind 1 year when i got it checked around 13 maybe) and I can still see now that i’m in an earlier stage of puberty than my peers. I’ll probably get an x ray soon though you’re right.
