My FIRST Time using Test plan + Current protocol

For 16-20 weeks
Have low dose AI, pct on hand, and HGC the whole cycle

The rest of my protocol rn will still apply while doing test

Need some specifics, should I add something more?
And what PCT do u guys recommend I do after the cycle? Anything differently

more frequent injections = more stable t levels = less e2 spiking.
propionate has 1 day half life, cypionate has 8 day half life
prop needs daily pins, so serum t never peaks as high.
higher peaks mean more substrate for aromatase which leads to more e2 conversion.
longer esters keep t elevated for longer, which gives aromatase more total exposure to convert t into e2 over time
I couldn't find a direct study comparing E2 output between both esters

Once again interesting study, but it doesn’t really change anything IMO.

Whether you use P, C, or E, your LH still hits zero on a cycle like this (300mg/week 12-weeks).

The only time ester matters is if you’re microdosing, which isn’t the case here

Either way, there is nothing inherently wrong with using AI to research, but nobody should be relying on it given its current stage.

yeah they did a 3-month experiment but the doses were way lower if I’m not mistaken.

yeah they did 0.2mg per kilogram which is pratically microdosing.

If they did a dose of 3-5mg per kg (which is the equivalent of a 300mg/week cycle) I’m pretty sure the LH would still go to 0 regardless of the esther.

But I’m just assuming this obv.
