My frame at 16 untrained. What can I do to improve

I have a 21.5 inch bidelt measured. My goal is to get to 23 but what else can I do to increase the attractiveness of it. I know 21.5 is already really good especially for untrained but my hips are wide unfortunately so I need to compensate with either fat loss which I'm already doing or other shit to make the frame look better

Any ab exercises you recommend at home that I can do that actually works. And if you've ever done it cause I do want abs

If you have anywhere to hang off of then hanging leg raises would be good. You can even do them lying down, but there's a chance you might end up using your hip flexors more than your actual core.

There's also the long lever plank, maybe weighted crunches if you can do those.

I haven't researched gymcelling in a while, so might not be the best advice, but it'd probably work nonetheless.

Obviously look up how to do the exercises with proper form before you try them out.

And make sure you progressively overload for hypertrophy (Increase the weight or reps or length each week or so)

Lose some body fat (without going on a severe chronic caloric deficit), get some muscle and thank god for your clavicular genetics

But if you want a wider bidelt specifically, focus on your lats and shoulders

And get down to 12% BF because a slimmer waist makes you look much wider

Forsure yeah I've imagined that even with were I'm at if I had a slimmer waist I'd mog extremely hard. It's mostly bone but there's a decent amount of fat there that I can lose

Most important:

- side delts
- chest
- abs
- lats

I'd say. But I might be wrong. Also cutting, obviously.

Yeah, pinch that area and you’ll notice there’s probably more fat than you expected

But it's unlikely you can just get abs from being lean.

train ur abs like other muscles, non of the high volume bs ykwim. weighted sit ups if u can

Look at the frame widening guide on the botb it's that easy
