My friend group needs to learn how to talk to women

So I met these two dudes who live off campus and we've been hanging out for a bit, they're philosophy on getting women is that women should approach you and being NT and having game is useless. After realizing none of them get any and just stand around waiting for bitches to come to them while smoking dope. It fails so I guess imma have to find a group of friends to chase ass.
