So I have this friend that clearly doesn't work out (has a skinny fat body) and blames it on genetics, LIKE JUST ADMIT YOU DON'T FUCKER:feelsohgod:
THEN HE CLAIMS HE COULD KILL ME WITH A PUNCH (mind hes weak and lies about practicing and mastering martial art skills)
And then he claims about Steraling a girl i like (she doesn't even fucking look at him)
He blames his recession, poor height and frame on genetics (wich is fine) but then sais some bluepilled shit like "girls only like personality" JFL

Tldr: my friend is a slow motherfucker that lies about everything and copes about being sub5:feelstastyman:

Some people are really strong genetically, but just refuse to workout. And they end up with a "skinny fat" physique.

This is true, but we actually had a mini workout toghether and he was weak asf.

How do you know if he was really exerting his full strength?

If he is unmotivated to workout consistently in the first place, it would make sense for him to not use his full strength working out with you. Skinny fat people are stronger than they look.

Hmm, but you're 68kg only. You need to start eating brah. Take advantage of this time to grow and don't do stupid cuts.

im extremely socially awkard and when i go to the gym i keep getting mogged by gymcels so the only way to increase my muscle mass is training at home

Cope tbh. Skinnyfat = low muscle and weak. Still skinnyfat rn, losing weight to get to a lean base to bulk from and my lifts are:

60lb dumbell bench
155lb barbell bench
105lb cable row
70lb non chest supported T bar row
9 pullups
25lb weighted dips

Etc,etc,etc,

I know many guys who outlift me by 50% or more, and they tend to be lean, athletic, well muscled guys or fat powercopers. It’s always better to start the gym a twig with a flat stomach than a skinnyfat guy with twig arms but a fat stomach.
