So I live in NYC, and its densely populated with thugmaxxed niggas and crazy niggas all around, basically its a densely populated and like semi-hood urban area, lots of latinos, Bengalis, Arabs, etc..
he has a lot of connections and made a business this is how it works

One pays for how long they want the service
the service is a car ride, an Uber, not just any uber, they get to sit on top of the hood of a car while riding on dangerous speeds, even on the sidewalk,
They went on the sidewalk in the same house as me, and screaming out ghetto words and shit
he uses his older friend to drive the car
How they find customers:
they have a page with thousands plus followers, and he posts vids of it riding all around
-THis is a clip of him in the middle of the fucking busy highway bridge with a stranger in a car passing eachother a blunt while he's sitting on the window or sum shit
-They go on the highway telling bypasses to fuck themselves, then like fucking throwing gang signs speeding up on the sidewalk with someone sitting on the front car window holding on to the windshield wipers
