THIS IS MY FULL ASCENSION GUIDE WITH RESULTS! I FELT LIKE FUCKIN MATTHEW MARK AND JOHN WRITING THE BIBLE TO PUBLISH THIS SHIT SO PLS REP. Requested by: @Glorious King

Backstory (SKIP IF YOU DGAF, this is just kinda to give you the setting on my life up to this point and how i got bp’d): i used to be fat as fuck, pimply as shit, and pretty much a loser. Growing up i was hella nt and in the popular friend group, but always the ugliest one and always at the butt end of the jokes. got zero female attention growing up which made me awk and get zero play. Didnt get my first kiss till the 9th grade w low mtb gf then proceeded to go on a 3 year drought of no women at all. zero pussy, kissing, or even platonic shit. this was because post 9th grade gf i descended like crazy. For time reference, this was descension began in mar 2022. i was alr fat ugly and pimply atp so the descension had me FUCKED. genuine distgusting sub5. From mar 2022-jan 2024 i was descending. I started lifting around this time but it did fuck all for me cus i was so not locked in w it. Around jan 2024 is when i finally began to work on myself and began to make changes to look better. After unintentionally softmaxxing for a year n 3 months, i got bp’d in april 2025. How and why i got bp’d? I met a girl at work in nov 2024 and bagged in jan 2025 (first bit of play since 9th grade btw JFL). The whole time i was messin around with her i was consuming a lot of @andrewsacc on tiktok. He was pushing the whole lean is law thing so the whole time leading up to apr 2025, i was loosely in the community. Then the shit ended and she ghosted me. This fucked me up and i ended up down the bp rabbit hole.

So heres the whole process and timeline including every method with before and afters:

Leanmaxxing/physique:
this played the biggest role in my ascension by far. If you arent lean, nothing else matters. when i began descending i was alr 185-190, maybe 25% bodyfat and around 5’10-5’11. I was 15 at this time. As i descended the worst i got up to was 200lbs, 27-30% body fat and 6’0 (this was summer 2023). I wasnt even locked in physique-wise/lean-wise till jan 2025, and in these last 7 months of 2025 ive gapped my first 2.5 years of “lifting” progress. What i did? I first began by getting lean as FUCK. So after summer 2023, peak fat ass, i slowly began to lose weight and by jan 2025 i wasnt fat anymore, but had a dogshit physique. Zero muscle, definition, and aesthetic. I knew i had to cut like crazy, so i did. What bf% i actually got to, i have no idea but i’d guess it was in the 9-12% range. Little did i know that all the lifting had actually created a decent base and i was lowk ripped. Super small but super lean w a lil muscle so i looked cool as fuck. From jan 2025-mid apr 2025, i was in a fucking steep calorie deficit. I dropped down to about 145-150lbs at 6’3 . HOLY FUCKIN MANLET. This gave me a great base to begin adding weight back on. And thats exactly what i did. I began to progress at an unruly rate and this is what EVERYONE should be doing: getting to single digit bf% then SLOWLY adding in back food and gaining weight/muscle. This gives you the most amount of time possible to stay in a gaining phase now, since youre starting at such a low %. I began running cjc-1295 no dac + ipamorelin in jun 2025. Shit def worked bit for adding muscle. No its not gonna turn you into prime david laid. You also look better while ur on it ofc.

Condensed protocol i ran on it:

- weeks 1-3: 150mcg cjc + 150mcg ipam, one time a day, 5 days a week

- weeks 4-7: 250mcg cjc + 250mcg ipam, one time a day, 5 days a week

Skinmaxxing:
this played the 2nd biggest part of my ascension. I didnt start getting acne until 2020 during covid, and it slowly got worse until the beginning of 2022 when it really began to blow the fuck up. Its genetic for me. My dad did accutane at my age and his dad had horrible acne as a teenager too. From 2020-2023 my dermatologist gave me every cope fuckin treatment in the book, so here’s all of them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE:

- tretinoin (yes any concentration topical tretinoin you fuckin retard i tried all of em)

- amzeeq (shit turns ur mouth area a vomit-like yellow color)

- clindymyacine

- benzoyl peroxide

- doxyclycine whatevever the fuck (the antibiotics)

So what does work?

ACCUTANE! PLEASE JUST TAKE FUCKING ACCUTANE!!!
Trust me i have some of the worst acne prone skin you’ll find, but i promise you everything else is a waste of youre time. Not only is accutane the only drug that will guarantee you results, it gaurantees them after you hop off and will stay that way. The glow you WHILE being on accutane is fucking nuts too. Now that ive been off for about a year, i look back at my skin from months 4-7 on it and i literally get a raging boner. Shit was more clear than water. I took accutane from jan 2024 - july 2024 and it completely saved me. I had it prescribed from my dermatologist and i wish i woulda just done it fuckin sooner. Dont jester with the bullshit topicals.

Condensed accutane protocol derma put me on:

-months 1-3: 40mg/day

-months 4-7: 40mg one day, 80mg the next, repeat. Averaging out to 60mg/a day per week.

For the first 6 months after accutane i had ZERO acne. The last 6 months since then ive noticed more but still very minimal. Especially once i started the gh peptides, i was much more susceptible to breakouts, and imma start another cycle of them soon so Im lowk gonna start accutane again once the school year starts, this time not thru a dermatologist. Now that the acne’s slowly coming back, i have now added a skincare routine to my life again, (yes from jan 2024 - aug 2025 i didnt even need a skincare routine cus accutane is that fucking good).

Current skincare routine:

AM:

-face goes in cold water

-dry w towel

-Cerave facial foaming cleanser + warm water

-dry w towel

-dampen face

-cerave hyaluronic acid serum

-leave to air dry

-eltaMD tinfed spf 46 with niacinamide

PM:

-cerave facial foaming cleanser + warm water
-dry w towel

-adapalene gel 0.1% (probably fucking cope lmfao)

-leave to air dry

-cerave lightweight pm moisturizer

I cant stress enough how important tinted spf is for looks. Getting a quality tinted spf will protect you from harmful UV’s, thus prolonging the collagen in your face and keeping you younger looking. It will also give you a nice bronze complexion once applied. Dont forget to put in on youre neck too. Also dont use too much, shits expensive and a little goes a long way.

Teethmaxxing:
So my teeth have always been fucked. I was born with a Clarence level front tooth gap. You could literally park a fucking u-haul between that shit. I had braces for 2 years in 2019-2021. This fixed the gap and the rest of my teeth, but i had a really bad overbite even after braces so due to that, they couldnt fit a permament retainer in my top set of teeth. This was fucked because if i went a few hours without wearing my retainer, the gap in my front two teeth would begin to form again (huge looksmin obv). This wasnt a huge issue tho cus i would wear my plastic retainers every night for 8-10 hours and so when i took em out in the morning, the straight teeth effect would last all day thru school which was all i needed. This was till i got into smoking weed. Around feb 2023, i began to hit the cart before bed every night. I would get so fried that i’d forget to put in my retainer and eventually it stopped fitting me. This essentially returned my front tooth gap cus i couldnt wear my retainer anymore. It wasnt as bad pre braces, but still fucked and very noticeable. From feb 2023 - nov 2024 i had the front tooth gap. This was until i started invisalign. I did this 80 day course to reverse the gap again and it worked. I still dont have a permanent retainer in my top row but i have new retainers that fit me that i just wear all the time to ensure i never have a tooth gap (obv take em out when i eat).

Last month, i began to do teeth whitening procedures through a professional clinic. Ik pneumo’s legendary ass DIY’d it and got better results but im lazy and rich so i’d rather pay for someone else to do it for me. Im gonna continue to do them and get a fuckin stupid white pallate.

Dimorphism:
This is gonna fs be the most controversial. The avg autist on here reading this who has done analysis on 350+ men will say i havent grown a millimeter bone wise, and thats fine, i dont care. If anyone was to notice a change in my dimo, it would be me because i am the only person in this world who sees my face up close everyday. I genuinely dont care if you say im coping i will continue to do it and grow. I began bonesmashing my zygos religiously in apr 2025, when i first got bp’d. My protocol is to bonesmash daily or every other day. I began by smashing my zygos for 20 seconds per set, then progressively overloaded to 30 second sets, then 45 second sets, and so on and so forth. I only do one set per zygo per day. Making sure to hit the outer more lateral part of the zygo, very slightly down and inwards of the temple. I personally feel like the bonesmashing has worked. Some say it only gives you a pump but i feel like i have seen permanent growth in my lateral zygos.

As you guys know, i mentioned that i ran a 7 week cycle of cjc and ipamorelin this summer. This also helped a bit i believe. I dont think i was producing supraphysiological amounts of gh or igf-1, but the slightly increased levels along with the bonesmashing also helped generate minor results.

Another thing i noticed was a more angular jawline and a lot of masseter hypertrophy. This helped so much because i have a very narrow palate. I also believed my maxilla may have experienced very slight forward growth. Maybe its placebo, but in side profile pics i see differences in projection. I think my side profile as a whole ascended from the peptides.

Coloring:

Coloring means so much for your looks and can ascend you quite a bit. Im naturally hella pale and its a horrible look. Its imperative you nail it and STAY CONSISTENT with it. You WILL lose your coloring if you treat it like an unimportant softmaxx. FUCK BEING PALE. PALENESS IS THE EPITOME OF ALL EVIL.

Here’s the protocol:

-sun tan as much as you can (apply tinted spf before this to face and neck obv, but fuck putting suncreen on your body, we want fast results dont we? And no its not gay fuck off you closeted homos)

-12mg astaxanthin daily (taken with meal)

-20mg lycopene daily (taken with meal)

I would promote mt-2 but i havent tried it yet so i wont say anything about it.

So we obviously put suncreen on our face because facial collagen is huge for looks. Its not worth losing whatsoever so please dont expose your face or neck to harmful UV’s. In terms of your body, who gives a fuck, we just wanna be tan brah.

The lycopene gives you a nice subtle red undertone across the cheeks while the astaxanthin gives you a more yellow one. This blend creates a soft bronze/orange glow. I love it. Other things you can do for coloring including changing hair and eyebrow color. I havent done this yet but am super tempted to dye my dark hair brown into black. I just think the tan coloring with brown hair complements each other very well and almost look syngerstic. I also lucked out on blue eyes so no, i dont have an eye lightening method.

Hairmaxxing:

Im not gonna yap too much about this one cus its very person dependent. We all have different face shapes so no im not going to blindly recommend you a haircut; theres not a one-size-fits-all answer for it. Heres what you can do:

-send chatgpt different selfie angles and ask them to give you a list of haircuts that would fit you based on your face shape

-look up famous people with these haircuts and copy them

All you can do here is experiment so dont pussy out and just try a bunch of different shit. You’ll land on something you like.

Be known by name, not by smell. When someone brings you up in a convo, would you rather be referred to as Brandon or that stinky motherfucker Brandon? What im trying to get at, is that you AT LEAST cannot smell bad. Smelling good isnt required, but NOT smelling bad IS required. Nonetheless, if you arent actively trying to smell your best, you are a jester. The simple method is basic hygiene. Shower daily, deodorant daily (i use anti-persperant), and cologne.

Most colognes ive received compliments with by women:

-Louis Vittion Imagination

-YSL Myslf

-Burberry Hero (burberry london also smells good asf)

NTMAXXING: this is debatably just as important as anything else in here. If youre just a weird fuck, your looks dont matter man. They just dont. The amount of times ive fumbled a convo witha bad bitch due to my slight neurodivergency is baffling. Being awk truly turns women off more than anything. But luckily, we can try our best to mask it and master social skills! How to do this? Go out. Theres no simple answer. Jerking off in your basement alone switching between NSFW tabs on .org and phub will NOT help. The first thing i did was start no fap. Watching porn ruins your brain. Theres countless studies on it. No denying that. Ive also noticed im way lower inhib now. I dont view women in sexual manners, which makes talking to them much more similar to a man, since i also dont view men in that way. I can hold a conversation with them for longer, but more importantly i feel more like im the one in control now. I used to let the girl take control of the convo and let it die out whenever she ran out of shit to say, now im the one controlling the pace of these convos, where they go, and how long they last. This gives me ultimate highground over any girl which is optimal for being attractive. Women want a man of value or simply a man whos above them in value. Being NT, low inhib, and sociable are all EXTREMELY valuable skills. If you dont possess these, your chances of securing an LTR are fuckin cooked lmao. Go out there and try your best to develop them, because yes, they can be developed. The more i go out, the easier it becomes to talk to women, as i view a conversation with them the same as any other person of any other gender (male). I know it can be scary at first, but slowly putting yourself out there and scaling up to bigger events is the move.

Im really proud of my ascension. In 2023, i hit the fuckin bottom. I was the heaviest, pimpliest, and ugliest i had ever been. I was smoking a ton of weed and distancing myself from friends, unveiling my neurodivergency and worsening my social skills. I thought i would genuinely never have another girl again, and was convinced i was going to live my life as the pitied autist who everyone feels a lil bad for cus hes so fuckin weird. But when i finally realized that this is my life and i am the determiner of how it goes, i stopped CHOOSING to give myself a shit life. Obv the bp is truth, and its easy for me to say given my genetics and the family i was born into, im not denying that. What i am saying, is that its worth it to try! If you softmaxx to hell and are still ugly, fuck it man at least you tried and wont die knowing you left possible psl points off the table. At least you took control of your life and didnt loathe like a loser in his sadness. A lot of .org users lack the determination and consistency to even gain results from anything they do, so please just give it a try and you might just ascend some. I love all you bhais ❤️

Dimorphism:
This is gonna fs be the most controversial. The avg autist on here reading this who has done analysis on 350+ men will say i havent grown a millimeter bone wise, and thats fine, i dont care. If anyone was to notice a change in my dimo, it would be me because i am the only person in this world who sees my face up close everyday. I genuinely dont care if you say im coping i will continue to do it and grow. I began bonesmashing my zygos religiously in apr 2025, when i first got bp’d. My protocol is to bonesmash daily or every other day. I began by smashing my zygos for 20 seconds per set, then progressively overloaded to 30 second sets, then 45 second sets, and so on and so forth. I only do one set per zygo per day. Making sure to hit the outer more lateral part of the zygo, very slightly down and inwards of the temple. I personally feel like the bonesmashing has worked. Some say it only gives you a pump but i feel like i have seen permanent growth in my lateral zygos.

As you guys know, i mentioned that i ran a 7 week cycle of cjc and ipamorelin this summer. This also helped a bit i believe. I dont think i was producing supraphysiological amounts of gh or igf-1, but the slightly increased levels along with the bonesmashing also helped generate minor results.

Another thing i noticed was a more angular jawline and a lot of masseter hypertrophy. This helped so much because i have a very narrow palate. I also believed my maxilla may have experienced very slight forward growth. Maybe its placebo, but in side profile pics i see differences in projection. I think my side profile as a whole ascended from the peptides.

Coloring:

Coloring means so much for your looks and can ascend you quite a bit. Im naturally hella pale and its a horrible look. Its imperative you nail it and STAY CONSISTENT with it. You WILL lose your coloring if you treat it like an unimportant softmaxx. FUCK BEING PALE. PALENESS IS THE EPITOME OF ALL EVIL.

Here’s the protocol:

-sun tan as much as you can (apply tinted spf before this to face and neck obv, but fuck putting suncreen on your body, we want fast results dont we? And no its not gay fuck off you closeted homos)

-12mg astaxanthin daily (taken with meal)

-20mg lycopene daily (taken with meal)

I would promote mt-2 but i havent tried it yet so i wont say anything about it.

So we obviously put suncreen on our face because facial collagen is huge for looks. Its not worth losing whatsoever so please dont expose your face or neck to harmful UV’s. In terms of your body, who gives a fuck, we just wanna be tan brah.

The lycopene gives you a nice subtle red undertone across the cheeks while the astaxanthin gives you a more yellow one. This blend creates a soft bronze/orange glow. I love it. Other things you can do for coloring including changing hair and eyebrow color. I havent done this yet but am super tempted to dye my dark hair brown into black. I just think the tan coloring with brown hair complements each other very well and almost look syngerstic. I also lucked out on blue eyes so no, i dont have an eye lightening method.

Im not gonna yap too much about this one cus its very person dependent. We all have different face shapes so no im not going to blindly recommend you a haircut; theres not a one-size-fits-all answer for it. Heres what you can do:

-send chatgpt different selfie angles and ask them to give you a list of haircuts that would fit you based on your face shape

-look up famous people with these haircuts and copy them

All you can do here is experiment so dont pussy out and just try a bunch of different shit. You’ll land on something you like.

Backstory (SKIP IF YOU DGAF, this is just kinda to give you the setting on my life up to this point and how i got bp’d): i used to be fat as fuck, pimply as shit, and pretty much a loser. Growing up i was hella nt and in the popular friend group, but always the ugliest one and always at the butt end of the jokes. got zero female attention growing up which made me awk and get zero play. Didnt get my first kiss till the 9th grade w low mtb gf then proceeded to go on a 3 year drought of no women at all. zero pussy, kissing, or even platonic shit. this was because post 9th grade gf i descended like crazy. For time reference, this was descension began in mar 2022. i was alr fat ugly and pimply atp so the descension had me FUCKED. genuine distgusting sub5. From mar 2022-jan 2024 i was descending. I started lifting around this time but it did fuck all for me cus i was so not locked in w it. Around jan 2024 is when i finally began to work on myself and began to make changes to look better. After unintentionally softmaxxing for a year n 3 months, i got bp’d in april 2025. How and why i got bp’d? I met a girl at work in nov 2024 and bagged in jan 2025 (first bit of play since 9th grade btw JFL). The whole time i was messin around with her i was consuming a lot of @andrewsacc on tiktok. He was pushing the whole lean is law thing so the whole time leading up to apr 2025, i was loosely in the community. Then the shit ended and she ghosted me. This fucked me up and i ended up down the bp rabbit hole.

So heres the whole process and timeline including every method with before and afters:

Leanmaxxing/physique:
this played the biggest role in my ascension by far. If you arent lean, nothing else matters. when i began descending i was alr 185-190, maybe 25% bodyfat and around 5’10-5’11. I was 15 at this time. As i descended the worst i got up to was 200lbs, 27-30% body fat and 6’0 (this was summer 2023). I wasnt even locked in physique-wise/lean-wise till jan 2025, and in these last 7 months of 2025 ive gapped my first 2.5 years of “lifting” progress. What i did? I first began by getting lean as FUCK. So after summer 2023, peak fat ass, i slowly began to lose weight and by jan 2025 i wasnt fat anymore, but had a dogshit physique. Zero muscle, definition, and aesthetic. I knew i had to cut like crazy, so i did. What bf% i actually got to, i have no idea but i’d guess it was in the 9-12% range. Little did i know that all the lifting had actually created a decent base and i was lowk ripped. Super small but super lean w a lil muscle so i looked cool as fuck. From jan 2025-mid apr 2025, i was in a fucking steep calorie deficit. I dropped down to about 145-150lbs at 6’3 . HOLY FUCKIN MANLET. This gave me a great base to begin adding weight back on. And thats exactly what i did. I began to progress at an unruly rate and this is what EVERYONE should be doing: getting to single digit bf% then SLOWLY adding in back food and gaining weight/muscle. This gives you the most amount of time possible to stay in a gaining phase now, since youre starting at such a low %. I began running cjc-1295 no dac + ipamorelin in jun 2025. Shit def worked bit for adding muscle. No its not gonna turn you into prime david laid. You also look better while ur on it ofc.

Condensed protocol i ran on it:

- weeks 1-3: 150mcg cjc + 150mcg ipam, one time a day, 5 days a week

- weeks 4-7: 250mcg cjc + 250mcg ipam, one time a day, 5 days a week

this played the 2nd biggest part of my ascension. I didnt start getting acne until 2020 during covid, and it slowly got worse until the beginning of 2022 when it really began to blow the fuck up. Its genetic for me. My dad did accutane at my age and his dad had horrible acne as a teenager too. From 2020-2023 my dermatologist gave me every cope fuckin treatment in the book, so here’s all of them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE:

- tretinoin (yes any concentration topical tretinoin you fuckin retard i tried all of em)

- amzeeq (shit turns ur mouth area a vomit-like yellow color)

- clindymyacine

- benzoyl peroxide

- doxyclycine whatevever the fuck (the antibiotics)

So what does work?

ACCUTANE! PLEASE JUST TAKE FUCKING ACCUTANE!!!
Trust me i have some of the worst acne prone skin you’ll find, but i promise you everything else is a waste of youre time. Not only is accutane the only drug that will guarantee you results, it gaurantees them after you hop off and will stay that way. The glow you WHILE being on accutane is fucking nuts too. Now that ive been off for about a year, i look back at my skin from months 4-7 on it and i literally get a raging boner. Shit was more clear than water. I took accutane from jan 2024 - july 2024 and it completely saved me. I had it prescribed from my dermatologist and i wish i woulda just done it fuckin sooner. Dont jester with the bullshit topicals.

Condensed accutane protocol derma put me on:

-months 1-3: 40mg/day

-months 4-7: 40mg one day, 80mg the next, repeat. Averaging out to 60mg/a day per week.

For the first 6 months after accutane i had ZERO acne. The last 6 months since then ive noticed more but still very minimal. Especially once i started the gh peptides, i was much more susceptible to breakouts, and imma start another cycle of them soon so Im lowk gonna start accutane again once the school year starts, this time not thru a dermatologist. Now that the acne’s slowly coming back, i have now added a skincare routine to my life again, (yes from jan 2024 - aug 2025 i didnt even need a skincare routine cus accutane is that fucking good).

Current skincare routine:

AM:

-face goes in cold water

-dry w towel

-Cerave facial foaming cleanser + warm water

-dry w towel

-dampen face

-cerave hyaluronic acid serum

-leave to air dry

-eltaMD tinfed spf 46 with niacinamide

PM:

-cerave facial foaming cleanser + warm water
-dry w towel

-adapalene gel 0.1% (probably fucking cope lmfao)

-cerave lightweight pm moisturizer

I cant stress enough how important tinted spf is for looks. Getting a quality tinted spf will protect you from harmful UV’s, thus prolonging the collagen in your face and keeping you younger looking. It will also give you a nice bronze complexion once applied. Dont forget to put in on youre neck too. Also dont use too much, shits expensive and a little goes a long way.

So my teeth have always been fucked. I was born with a Clarence level front tooth gap. You could literally park a fucking u-haul between that shit. I had braces for 2 years in 2019-2021. This fixed the gap and the rest of my teeth, but i had a really bad overbite even after braces so due to that, they couldnt fit a permament retainer in my top set of teeth. This was fucked because if i went a few hours without wearing my retainer, the gap in my front two teeth would begin to form again (huge looksmin obv). This wasnt a huge issue tho cus i would wear my plastic retainers every night for 8-10 hours and so when i took em out in the morning, the straight teeth effect would last all day thru school which was all i needed. This was till i got into smoking weed. Around feb 2023, i began to hit the cart before bed every night. I would get so fried that i’d forget to put in my retainer and eventually it stopped fitting me. This essentially returned my front tooth gap cus i couldnt wear my retainer anymore. It wasnt as bad pre braces, but still fucked and very noticeable. From feb 2023 - nov 2024 i had the front tooth gap. This was until i started invisalign. I did this 80 day course to reverse the gap again and it worked. I still dont have a permanent retainer in my top row but i have new retainers that fit me that i just wear all the time to ensure i never have a tooth gap (obv take em out when i eat).

For time reference, this was descension began in mar 2022. i was alr fat ugly and pimply atp so the descension had me FUCKED. genuine distgusting sub5. From mar 2022-jan 2024 i was descending. I started lifting around this time but it did fuck all for me cus i was so not locked in w it. Around jan 2024 is when i finally began to work on myself and began to make changes to look better. After unintentionally softmaxxing for a year n 3 months, i got bp’d in april 2025. How and why i got bp’d? I met a girl at work in nov 2024 and bagged in jan 2025 (first bit of play since 9th grade btw JFL). The whole time i was messin around with her i was consuming a lot of @andrewsacc on tiktok. He was pushing the whole lean is law thing so the whole time leading up to apr 2025, i was loosely in the community. Then the shit ended and she ghosted me. This fucked me up and i ended up down the bp rabbit hole.

So heres the whole process and timeline including every method with before and afters:

Leanmaxxing/physique:
this played the biggest role in my ascension by far. If you arent lean, nothing else matters. when i began descending i was alr 185-190, maybe 25% bodyfat and around 5’10-5’11. I was 15 at this time. As i descended the worst i got up to was 200lbs, 27-30% body fat and 6’0 (this was summer 2023). I wasnt even locked in physique-wise/lean-wise till jan 2025, and in these last 7 months of 2025 ive gapped my first 2.5 years of “lifting” progress. What i did? I first began by getting lean as FUCK. So after summer 2023, peak fat ass, i slowly began to lose weight and by jan 2025 i wasnt fat anymore, but had a dogshit physique. Zero muscle, definition, and aesthetic. I knew i had to cut like crazy, so i did. What bf% i actually got to, i have no idea but i’d guess it was in the 9-12% range. Little did i know that all the lifting had actually created a decent base and i was lowk ripped. Super small but super lean w a lil muscle so i looked cool as fuck. From jan 2025-mid apr 2025, i was in a fucking steep calorie deficit. I dropped down to about 145-150lbs at 6’3 . HOLY FUCKIN MANLET. This gave me a great base to begin adding weight back on. And thats exactly what i did. I began to progress at an unruly rate and this is what EVERYONE should be doing: getting to single digit bf% then SLOWLY adding in back food and gaining weight/muscle. This gives you the most amount of time possible to stay in a gaining phase now, since youre starting at such a low %. I began running cjc-1295 no dac + ipamorelin in jun 2025. Shit def worked bit for adding muscle. No its not gonna turn you into prime david laid. You also look better while ur on it ofc.

Condensed protocol i ran on it:

- weeks 1-3: 150mcg cjc + 150mcg ipam, one time a day, 5 days a week

- weeks 4-7: 250mcg cjc + 250mcg ipam, one time a day, 5 days a week

Skinmaxxing:
this played the 2nd biggest part of my ascension. I didnt start getting acne until 2020 during covid, and it slowly got worse until the beginning of 2022 when it really began to blow the fuck up. Its genetic for me. My dad did accutane at my age and his dad had horrible acne as a teenager too. From 2020-2023 my dermatologist gave me every cope fuckin treatment in the book, so here’s all of them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE:

- tretinoin (yes any concentration topical tretinoin you fuckin retard i tried all of em)

- amzeeq (shit turns ur mouth area a vomit-like yellow color)

- clindymyacine

- benzoyl peroxide

- doxyclycine whatevever the fuck (the antibiotics)

So what does work?

ACCUTANE! PLEASE JUST TAKE FUCKING ACCUTANE!!!
Trust me i have some of the worst acne prone skin you’ll find, but i promise you everything else is a waste of youre time. Not only is accutane the only drug that will guarantee you results, it gaurantees them after you hop off and will stay that way. The glow you WHILE being on accutane is fucking nuts too. Now that ive been off for about a year, i look back at my skin from months 4-7 on it and i literally get a raging boner. Shit was more clear than water. I took accutane from jan 2024 - july 2024 and it completely saved me. I had it prescribed from my dermatologist and i wish i woulda just done it fuckin sooner. Dont jester with the bullshit topicals.

Condensed accutane protocol derma put me on:

-months 1-3: 40mg/day

-months 4-7: 40mg one day, 80mg the next, repeat. Averaging out to 60mg/a day per week.

For the first 6 months after accutane i had ZERO acne. The last 6 months since then ive noticed more but still very minimal. Especially once i started the gh peptides, i was much more susceptible to breakouts, and imma start another cycle of them soon so Im lowk gonna start accutane again once the school year starts, this time not thru a dermatologist. Now that the acne’s slowly coming back, i have now added a skincare routine to my life again, (yes from jan 2024 - aug 2025 i didnt even need a skincare routine cus accutane is that fucking good).

Current skincare routine:

-face goes in cold water

-dry w towel

-Cerave facial foaming cleanser + warm water

-dry w towel

-dampen face

-cerave hyaluronic acid serum

-adapalene gel 0.1% (probably fucking cope lmfao)

-cerave lightweight pm moisturizer

I cant stress enough how important tinted spf is for looks. Getting a quality tinted spf will protect you from harmful UV’s, thus prolonging the collagen in your face and keeping you younger looking. It will also give you a nice bronze complexion once applied. Dont forget to put in on youre neck too. Also dont use too much, shits expensive and a little goes a long way.

Teethmaxxing:
So my teeth have always been fucked. I was born with a Clarence level front tooth gap. You could literally park a fucking u-haul between that shit. I had braces for 2 years in 2019-2021. This fixed the gap and the rest of my teeth, but i had a really bad overbite even after braces so due to that, they couldnt fit a permament retainer in my top set of teeth. This was fucked because if i went a few hours without wearing my retainer, the gap in my front two teeth would begin to form again (huge looksmin obv). This wasnt a huge issue tho cus i would wear my plastic retainers every night for 8-10 hours and so when i took em out in the morning, the straight teeth effect would last all day thru school which was all i needed. This was till i got into smoking weed. Around feb 2023, i began to hit the cart before bed every night. I would get so fried that i’d forget to put in my retainer and eventually it stopped fitting me. This essentially returned my front tooth gap cus i couldnt wear my retainer anymore. It wasnt as bad pre braces, but still fucked and very noticeable. From feb 2023 - nov 2024 i had the front tooth gap. This was until i started invisalign. I did this 80 day course to reverse the gap again and it worked. I still dont have a permanent retainer in my top row but i have new retainers that fit me that i just wear all the time to ensure i never have a tooth gap (obv take em out when i eat).

Last month, i began to do teeth whitening procedures through a professional clinic. Ik pneumo’s legendary ass DIY’d it and got better results but im lazy and rich so i’d rather pay for someone else to do it for me. Im gonna continue to do them and get a fuckin stupid white pallate.

Dimorphism:
This is gonna fs be the most controversial. The avg autist on here reading this who has done analysis on 350+ men will say i havent grown a millimeter bone wise, and thats fine, i dont care. If anyone was to notice a change in my dimo, it would be me because i am the only person in this world who sees my face up close everyday. I genuinely dont care if you say im coping i will continue to do it and grow. I began bonesmashing my zygos religiously in apr 2025, when i first got bp’d. My protocol is to bonesmash daily or every other day. I began by smashing my zygos for 20 seconds per set, then progressively overloaded to 30 second sets, then 45 second sets, and so on and so forth. I only do one set per zygo per day. Making sure to hit the outer more lateral part of the zygo, very slightly down and inwards of the temple. I personally feel like the bonesmashing has worked. Some say it only gives you a pump but i feel like i have seen permanent growth in my lateral zygos.

As you guys know, i mentioned that i ran a 7 week cycle of cjc and ipamorelin this summer. This also helped a bit i believe. I dont think i was producing supraphysiological amounts of gh or igf-1, but the slightly increased levels along with the bonesmashing also helped generate minor results.

Another thing i noticed was a more angular jawline and a lot of masseter hypertrophy. This helped so much because i have a very narrow palate. I also believed my maxilla may have experienced very slight forward growth. Maybe its placebo, but in side profile pics i see differences in projection. I think my side profile as a whole ascended from the peptides.

Coloring:

Coloring means so much for your looks and can ascend you quite a bit. Im naturally hella pale and its a horrible look. Its imperative you nail it and STAY CONSISTENT with it. You WILL lose your coloring if you treat it like an unimportant softmaxx. FUCK BEING PALE. PALENESS IS THE EPITOME OF ALL EVIL.

Here’s the protocol:

-sun tan as much as you can (apply tinted spf before this to face and neck obv, but fuck putting suncreen on your body, we want fast results dont we? And no its not gay fuck off you closeted homos)

-12mg astaxanthin daily (taken with meal)

-20mg lycopene daily (taken with meal)

I would promote mt-2 but i havent tried it yet so i wont say anything about it.

So we obviously put suncreen on our face because facial collagen is huge for looks. Its not worth losing whatsoever so please dont expose your face or neck to harmful UV’s. In terms of your body, who gives a fuck, we just wanna be tan brah.

The lycopene gives you a nice subtle red undertone across the cheeks while the astaxanthin gives you a more yellow one. This blend creates a soft bronze/orange glow. I love it. Other things you can do for coloring including changing hair and eyebrow color. I havent done this yet but am super tempted to dye my dark hair brown into black. I just think the tan coloring with brown hair complements each other very well and almost look syngerstic. I also lucked out on blue eyes so no, i dont have an eye lightening method.

Im not gonna yap too much about this one cus its very person dependent. We all have different face shapes so no im not going to blindly recommend you a haircut; theres not a one-size-fits-all answer for it. Heres what you can do:

-send chatgpt different selfie angles and ask them to give you a list of haircuts that would fit you based on your face shape

-look up famous people with these haircuts and copy them

All you can do here is experiment so dont pussy out and just try a bunch of different shit. You’ll land on something you like.

Obv the bp is truth, and its easy for me to say given my genetics and the family i was born into, im not denying that. What i am saying, is that its worth it to try! I genuinely dont care if you say im coping i will continue to do it and grow. I began bonesmashing my zygos religiously in apr 2025, when i first got bp’d. My protocol is to bonesmash daily or every other day. I began by smashing my zygos for 20 seconds per set, then progressively overloaded to 30 second sets, then 45 second sets, and so on and so forth. I only do one set per zygo per day. Making sure to hit the outer more lateral part of the zygo, very slightly down and inwards of the temple. I personally feel like the bonesmashing has worked. Some say it only gives you a pump but i feel like i have seen permanent growth in my lateral zygos.

As you guys know, i mentioned that i ran a 7 week cycle of cjc and ipamorelin this summer. This also helped a bit i believe. I dont think i was producing supraphysiological amounts of gh or igf-1, but the slightly increased levels along with the bonesmashing also helped generate minor results.

Another thing i noticed was a more angular jawline and a lot of masseter hypertrophy. This helped so much because i have a very narrow palate. I also believed my maxilla may have experienced very slight forward growth. Maybe its placebo, but in side profile pics i see differences in projection. I think my side profile as a whole ascended from the peptides.

Coloring:

Coloring means so much for your looks and can ascend you quite a bit. Im naturally hella pale and its a horrible look. Its imperative you nail it and STAY CONSISTENT with it. You WILL lose your coloring if you treat it like an unimportant softmaxx. FUCK BEING PALE. PALENESS IS THE EPITOME OF ALL EVIL.

Here’s the protocol:

-sun tan as much as you can (apply tinted spf before this to face and neck obv, but fuck putting suncreen on your body, we want fast results dont we? And no its not gay fuck off you closeted homos)

-12mg astaxanthin daily (taken with meal)

-20mg lycopene daily (taken with meal)

I would promote mt-2 but i havent tried it yet so i wont say anything about it.

So we obviously put suncreen on our face because facial collagen is huge for looks. Its not worth losing whatsoever so please dont expose your face or neck to harmful UV’s. In terms of your body, who gives a fuck, we just wanna be tan brah.

The lycopene gives you a nice subtle red undertone across the cheeks while the astaxanthin gives you a more yellow one. This blend creates a soft bronze/orange glow. I love it. Other things you can do for coloring including changing hair and eyebrow color. I havent done this yet but am super tempted to dye my dark hair brown into black. I just think the tan coloring with brown hair complements each other very well and almost look syngerstic. I also lucked out on blue eyes so no, i dont have an eye lightening method.

Im not gonna yap too much about this one cus its very person dependent. We all have different face shapes so no im not going to blindly recommend you a haircut; theres not a one-size-fits-all answer for it. Heres what you can do:

-send chatgpt different selfie angles and ask them to give you a list of haircuts that would fit you based on your face shape

-look up famous people with these haircuts and copy them

All you can do here is experiment so dont pussy out and just try a bunch of different shit. You’ll land on something you like.

Backstory (SKIP IF YOU DGAF, this is just kinda to give you the setting on my life up to this point and how i got bp’d): i used to be fat as fuck, pimply as shit, and pretty much a loser. Growing up i was hella nt and in the popular friend group, but always the ugliest one and always at the butt end of the jokes. got zero female attention growing up which made me awk and get zero play. Didnt get my first kiss till the 9th grade w low mtb gf then proceeded to go on a 3 year drought of no women at all. zero pussy, kissing, or even platonic shit. this was because post 9th grade gf i descended like crazy. For time reference, this was descension began in mar 2022. i was alr fat ugly and pimply atp so the descension had me FUCKED. genuine distgusting sub5. From mar 2022-jan 2024 i was descending. I started lifting around this time but it did fuck all for me cus i was so not locked in w it. Around jan 2024 is when i finally began to work on myself and began to make changes to look better. After unintentionally softmaxxing for a year n 3 months, i got bp’d in april 2025. How and why i got bp’d? I met a girl at work in nov 2024 and bagged in jan 2025 (first bit of play since 9th grade btw JFL). The whole time i was messin around with her i was consuming a lot of @andrewsacc on tiktok. He was pushing the whole lean is law thing so the whole time leading up to apr 2025, i was loosely in the community. Then the shit ended and she ghosted me. This fucked me up and i ended up down the bp rabbit hole.

So heres the whole process and timeline including every method with before and afters:

Leanmaxxing/physique:
this played the biggest role in my ascension by far. If you arent lean, nothing else matters. when i began descending i was alr 185-190, maybe 25% bodyfat and around 5’10-5’11. I was 15 at this time. As i descended the worst i got up to was 200lbs, 27-30% body fat and 6’0 (this was summer 2023). I wasnt even locked in physique-wise/lean-wise till jan 2025, and in these last 7 months of 2025 ive gapped my first 2.5 years of “lifting” progress. What i did? I first began by getting lean as FUCK. So after summer 2023, peak fat ass, i slowly began to lose weight and by jan 2025 i wasnt fat anymore, but had a dogshit physique. Zero muscle, definition, and aesthetic. I knew i had to cut like crazy, so i did. What bf% i actually got to, i have no idea but i’d guess it was in the 9-12% range. Little did i know that all the lifting had actually created a decent base and i was lowk ripped. Super small but super lean w a lil muscle so i looked cool as fuck. From jan 2025-mid apr 2025, i was in a fucking steep calorie deficit. I dropped down to about 145-150lbs at 6’3 . HOLY FUCKIN MANLET. This gave me a great base to begin adding weight back on. And thats exactly what i did. I began to progress at an unruly rate and this is what EVERYONE should be doing: getting to single digit bf% then SLOWLY adding in back food and gaining weight/muscle. This gives you the most amount of time possible to stay in a gaining phase now, since youre starting at such a low %. I began running cjc-1295 no dac + ipamorelin in jun 2025. Shit def worked bit for adding muscle. No its not gonna turn you into prime david laid. You also look better while ur on it ofc.

Condensed protocol i ran on it:

- weeks 1-3: 150mcg cjc + 150mcg ipam, one time a day, 5 days a week

- weeks 4-7: 250mcg cjc + 250mcg ipam, one time a day, 5 days a week

Skinmaxxing:
this played the 2nd biggest part of my ascension. I didnt start getting acne until 2020 during covid, and it slowly got worse until the beginning of 2022 when it really began to blow the fuck up. Its genetic for me. My dad did accutane at my age and his dad had horrible acne as a teenager too. From 2020-2023 my dermatologist gave me every cope fuckin treatment in the book, so here’s all of them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE:

- tretinoin (yes any concentration topical tretinoin you fuckin retard i tried all of em)

- amzeeq (shit turns ur mouth area a vomit-like yellow color)

- clindymyacine

- benzoyl peroxide

- doxyclycine whatevever the fuck (the antibiotics)

So what does work?

ACCUTANE! PLEASE JUST TAKE FUCKING ACCUTANE!!!
Trust me i have some of the worst acne prone skin you’ll find, but i promise you everything else is a waste of youre time. Not only is accutane the only drug that will guarantee you results, it gaurantees them after you hop off and will stay that way. The glow you WHILE being on accutane is fucking nuts too. Now that ive been off for about a year, i look back at my skin from months 4-7 on it and i literally get a raging boner. Shit was more clear than water. I took accutane from jan 2024 - july 2024 and it completely saved me. I had it prescribed from my dermatologist and i wish i woulda just done it fuckin sooner. Dont jester with the bullshit topicals.

Condensed accutane protocol derma put me on:

-months 1-3: 40mg/day

-months 4-7: 40mg one day, 80mg the next, repeat. Averaging out to 60mg/a day per week.

For the first 6 months after accutane i had ZERO acne. The last 6 months since then ive noticed more but still very minimal. Especially once i started the gh peptides, i was much more susceptible to breakouts, and imma start another cycle of them soon so Im lowk gonna start accutane again once the school year starts, this time not thru a dermatologist. Now that the acne’s slowly coming back, i have now added a skincare routine to my life again, (yes from jan 2024 - aug 2025 i didnt even need a skincare routine cus accutane is that fucking good).

Current skincare routine:

AM:

-face goes in cold water

-dry w towel

-Cerave facial foaming cleanser + warm water

-dry w towel

-dampen face

-cerave hyaluronic acid serum

-leave to air dry

-eltaMD tinfed spf 46 with niacinamide

PM:

-cerave facial foaming cleanser + warm water
-dry w towel

-adapalene gel 0.1% (probably fucking cope lmfao)

-leave to air dry

-cerave lightweight pm moisturizer

I cant stress enough how important tinted spf is for looks. Getting a quality tinted spf will protect you from harmful UV’s, thus prolonging the collagen in your face and keeping you younger looking. It will also give you a nice bronze complexion once applied. Dont forget to put in on youre neck too. Also dont use too much, shits expensive and a little goes a long way.

Teethmaxxing:
So my teeth have always been fucked. I was born with a Clarence level front tooth gap. You could literally park a fucking u-haul between that shit. I had braces for 2 years in 2019-2021. This fixed the gap and the rest of my teeth, but i had a really bad overbite even after braces so due to that, they couldnt fit a permament retainer in my top set of teeth. This was fucked because if i went a few hours without wearing my retainer, the gap in my front two teeth would begin to form again (huge looksmin obv). This wasnt a huge issue tho cus i would wear my plastic retainers every night for 8-10 hours and so when i took em out in the morning, the straight teeth effect would last all day thru school which was all i needed. This was till i got into smoking weed. Around feb 2023, i began to hit the cart before bed every night. I would get so fried that i’d forget to put in my retainer and eventually it stopped fitting me. This essentially returned my front tooth gap cus i couldnt wear my retainer anymore. It wasnt as bad pre braces, but still fucked and very noticeable. From feb 2023 - nov 2024 i had the front tooth gap. This was until i started invisalign. I did this 80 day course to reverse the gap again and it worked. I still dont have a permanent retainer in my top row but i have new retainers that fit me that i just wear all the time to ensure i never have a tooth gap (obv take em out when i eat).

Last month, i began to do teeth whitening procedures through a professional clinic. Ik pneumo’s legendary ass DIY’d it and got better results but im lazy and rich so i’d rather pay for someone else to do it for me. Im gonna continue to do them and get a fuckin stupid white pallate.

This is gonna fs be the most controversial. The avg autist on here reading this who has done analysis on 350+ men will say i havent grown a millimeter bone wise, and thats fine, i dont care. Good ascension but not really impressive, but can be summed up with "child loses weight and grows up".
