Does therapy help?
What it will help if you got a good, experienced therapist:
- >minor copes
- >getting rid of your weird Traits without Outside world connections (can be blocking ocb thoughts, can be anxiety without Any reason etc etc)
- >lots of comorbid disorders like ocb, bipolar, personality disorders, schizoness.
What it will not help in anyways:
- >Harsh reality,
- >your recessions,
- > relationships (remember 99% of the girls in 2022 will not care about you, even a bit)
Remember; if you are anxietic or for a reason (like if you havent tasted an jb pussy, you are getting abused by your single mother etc...) its highly likely that even if you try to delude yourself, its highly unlikely to beat that mentally, because its not a trait, its your natural response to an fucked up situation.
TLDR: if you are in a bad mental state for a constant negative external reasons and not because of your genetical trait/learned thinking patterns than therapist will not help, even for a bit.
